As of Wednesday 12/29 we had no electricity in most of our area, and in the news, we learned that many other Federal Capital areas also suffered similar damage. .

The formal adjustment is always the same, the high demand generated by the oppressive heat of the last days makes the system collapse. That is partly true, accompanied by a lack of funding in the sector, poor wages, and negligence on the part of current management. But I do not want to go into this category, mentioning this within the context.

This problem made me wonder how they did it in the past when electricity was not available, a question that is difficult to answer when we have so many machines and equipment today that rely on that invisible energy that is already there and clear when we do not have it.

Today we are so dependent on this invention that we cannot sleep at night due to the extreme heat, we cannot work or as I did I went to the bar to do and luckily recharged phone and computer batteries, luckily I got some fresh air. the big refrigerator equipment they have there.

Luckily Santa Claus or anyone you love took pity on us and yesterday afternoon they brought a large set of generators they installed, luckily, 70 meters from my house. I say fortunately because of the noise emitted by its powerful engine, poor neighbors put it in front of their homes, though I suspect they tolerate it for two reasons: firstly they have no escape and secondly, that noisy device provides them with the electricity they need to return to normal and modern life.

At about 6pm on 12/31, the light came back on and we hurried out to turn on the air, television, and refrigerator.

Thanks to Edison and others, we have an electric life that we enjoy to the full.
