Thanks for writing in our community, we appreciate your effort. Truly our eating habit do affect our sleep, as you rightly said it's good to have our dinner at least 6pm then we can snack on cucumber 🥒 or garden egg if we're hungry later in the evening. Continue to be active we appreciate you 💕
