First of all I will like to wish all the women, happy independent women's day.
What is depression,what are the effects of depression,how depression affects content creators or writers.i will like to lay my maximum focus on this today .I want to make it make objective to make sure that I do my best in any way I can to improve every ones writing in this wonderful platform in anyway I can.some may not tend to understand what depression can do to a writer but I will discuss on it in the best possible way I can and how we can help.

          What is depression 

Depression this is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how one feel, the way one think and how one act.
This is a very serious issues,in the sense that when someone does not longer thick properly,it will be clearly difficult for the person to associate with others interact with others and even think properly.

   Effects of depression

The effects of depression can extend vigorously beyond a persons emotion and mental health.

1. loss of interest or pleasure in activities one normally enjoyed.

2. Weight loss and loss of interest in association with people

3. trouble concentrating and in making decisions

4. depression can lead to suicide

How those depression affect a content creator or writer

Depression can lead to extreme poor writing or content creating,in the sense that when one lacks the concentration he needs,it will be very difficult for them to come up with something reasonable to write to share with others.and a depressed person is not open to new ideas and new things since that person will be cramped in his own loneliness alone.

Unlike other mental disorder, depression does not actually have any specific cause ,but there are lot of things that can trigger it

What can cause depression for a writer

One of the most common things that causes a writer to be depressed is when him or her is no appreciated for their work.it can cause a writer to be mentally downhearted and lack confidence which can lead to depression.

Try as much as possible to encourage those who seem to lack confidence in their life
