The Myth : REINCARNATION
REINCARNATION
The Igbo tribe of Nigeria is graced with beautiful people from all works of live. Strong men who plough the soil with Strength and vigor to fend for their families. The women visit the stream to fetch water for household cleaning and otherwise. The children on the other hand fetch firewood and fetch the stalk and straw for livestock in the family. This is a typical scenario of an Igbo man.
Today I would be sharing a life experience to explain the fact that reincarnation really exists in the Igbo culture. Prior to now, I have always believed that reincarnation never existed until recently when I got involved in the whole ancient myth. I was really amazed and you will.
She was an premature baby nursed in the incubator after 7 months and when she was born there was joy and screams of joy, but this was short-lived because 10 years later the grandmother died. Nneoma grew up being a beautiful lady and had the features of her late granny too. All called her "Mma" an Igbo slang for grandmother. She looked like her late granny too and acted so mature.
The Faithful day for the funeral the village chief priest called the family of the deceased and sternly warned that Nneoma be taken far away from the village during the burial because he saw a huge sign the previous night before. He said that the calabash where her hair was preserved after naming ceremony broke during the heavy thunderstorm the previous night and that it meant disaster.
Nneoma came over to town and resided with her cousins in Port Harcourt She didn't know what was the issue but embraced the new home . She played and had a lot of biscuits as she demanded for. In the town her aunty prepared and traveled for the burial and when she returned the next day she brought back 2 coolers of rice and meat. She warned Nneoma not to touch them that it was not good for her.
Rules of Reincarnation are to be upheld the principal rule is do not eat any food cooked or served in your reincarnated's burial ceremony or else it would be catastrophic. Nneoma played all day and was very hungry. Later her cousins came back from school and rushed to the cooler to start devouring the food. Nneoma came to them and begged them to eat with them. She didn't heed the warning given to her by her aunt.
TRAGEDY
Suddenly! After the first 4 spoons of food she ingested, hell was let loose! Her eyes changed the black eyes entered inside, her body shaking profusely and her body became extremely hot. Heavy convulsion started...her lips where foaming. Was it a revenge from the spirit world!
I cant tell because it remains a mystery. Neighbors rushed it and started pouring her water on her. It seemed hopeless all her cousins where crying.
Finally her aunt was called on hearing these symtoms she knew it was the spirits warnings. She yelled and asked if she ate the food in the cooler. They affirmed and she told them to mix coconut water and palm oil and forced it down her mouth... After a while she gained consciousness. Reincarnation truly exists and the indeginous rights of the people should not be overlooked for once.

Hello @deprado1999 we will appreciate if you share educational posts that others will benefit from as you usually do instead of this. Note life was created and not reincarnated and God the creator of life tells us what happens at dead, that when someone does he/she ceases to exist.
