LIFE OF A BOSS
A boss is an owner of a company or an enterprise whose sole aim is instigating the work force or labour force to produce maximum output in a firm or parastatal by utilizing the instrument of superiority on the surbordinates to instill discipline and increase the work output of the reserved employees.
A boss could also be called a [CEO] Chief Executive Officer in charge of a company and exerting rules and guidelines to be duly followed in a firm, for the smooth running of the business.
QUALITIES OF A BOSS
Signature Trademark:
A signature trademark implies that a boss must always look like one, this means it must be seen in the charismatic looks and commanding power exerted by the boss. Basically an impartial judge and an unbiased ruler to ensure that things work out smoothly ensuring that things go well in the company under his jurisdiction.

Dress Code:
A boss must always dress so good from shiny lustre of suits down to great accessories like watches, and also he must exert good strides to command respect too. A boss must always look smart and most importantly wear good perfumes which would saturate a room once his presence is felt. Principally a boss must dress well. A good Clothing collection consisting mostly of suits, flowing jackets, good ties, vintage and a host of other beautiful clothing.

Confidence:
A boss must exert confidence, a charismatic apparel this signifies a will to rule a people, and it must never be lacking in a boss. A boss must never look timid or act same. He must look like a king and act as one too. Living shoulders high and performing proper duties to ensure smooth running of his enterprise

Discipline:
A boss must never be so free with surbordinates. The yardstick of superiority should be felt. The ethics of work too must never be compromised, while trying as much as possible to instill discipline to workers under the firm of the boss.
The boss is like a shepherd which leads the flock, he must have a strong will power too to steer a team of obedient subordinates to direction. This would ensure compliance on the part of the workers to avoid sanctions from the boss.
A boss must be confident, but his confidence must never be mistaken for arrogance or rudeness. It is required to strike a sharp balance between confidence and arrogance. The boss must try as much as possible to lead by good examples and provide evidence of his good leadership.
