Campus Connect Weekly Contest Week 16 || My Favorite Games On Campus

I would love to tender my publication on my favorite games on campus. Living on campus I developed this love for the table tennis. It is a game of two players, it can also be a game of doubles. But I'm specialised on the singles. I Have been a table tennis player right from my secondary school days. I captained our team in senior secondary days, during a competition we came 1st runners up. This made my zeal for the game grow.

I entered university and took that drive with me. I enjoyed playing the game at the boys hostel at the table tennis stand. Alot of people do love the game. It is a game of alertness and skillful reflex response to opposing actions. It involves playing a ping-pong ball around. The smartness of defending a stroke is my major skill. I have been involved in many games in the hostel, I have won a whole lot of them and I am ranked 6th best in the hostel. Its great to have such record.

The game of table tennis is really great and a form of exercise. I was adviced to take the sport further I really didnt put it into consideration. Well I would give it a try. I also have people who come to me on special drill classes. I have a student who I taught the game. Today Edward challenges me and beat me to it. It is a wonderful because a student should be better than a master.

Importance of the game of table tennis to me is actually much but especially the mental advantage. It has improved my alertness to activities, Table tennis has made me so alert to any activity of danger, It has improved my sense of perception and sensitivity. Exercise is good for the health, It has contributed immensely to my being fit. Sickness is far fetched, after table tennis I burn calories, I sweat and remove waste too. It keeps me fit. You could learn the game too. You grow with practice. Thanks
