Personally i would define goals as the target or aims one wants to achieve in life and to achieve a certain goals one needs careful planning and the grace of God by the side and with this combination would certainly get that particular goal you want.

Everybody in this life has a goal he or she wants to achieve and i am not an exception so that is why i would be talking about my plans and goals, how i want to achieve them and why i choose those goals.

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AND GOALS?

Last year my only goal was to gain admission into the university and it took careful planning and reading to achieve that particular goal so this year i wrote out a new set of goals i want to achieve for this year.

My plans and goals for this year are quite long and are listed below;

• Become financially independent

• Learn more about crypto

• Develop my skills as a writer

• Establish myself on the steemit platform

• Learn programming or coding

• Put more effort in my academics

The above mentioned are my plans and goals this year and to some it may seem numerous and some of them may drain me financially but as the saying goes "no risk no reward".

HOW DO YOU INTEND TO REACH THESE GOALS ?

First of all i want to be financially independent using the steemit platform as a startup, this platform has helped many people before and i believe i would be part of them.

Next i want to learn more about crypto because it's another means of being financially independent as a young man, there are many aspects of crypto i intend to learn and i believe that when i find the right resource for learning i would master everything about it.

When i was introduced to the steemit platform i thought that i would not be interested in it because i thought that it was only for those who loved to write and formerly i was not to passionate about writing but as i started exploring the different communities here and eventually got the campus connect community my passion for writing ignited, i started writing short stories on my own and the people that read them gave good reviews so that is why i want to further develop my skills because who knows if i would be the next Chinua Achebe or the next Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie by God's grace.

Like i said earlier i want to develop my writing skills and in the process i would establish myself on the steemit platform.

The world as we know it has entered the digital stage and in the next few years every operation or function one wants to carry out has to be with machines or computers, if you are not computer literate in this world then know that you are missing out so that is why i choose to study computer science in the university because i want to learn some certain things like programming or coding or both by God's grace but sadly in my country there is no guarantee that you would be taught every thing you want to learn about a course so i intend to learn outside the university when i become financially independent.

Finally i will not forget my academics because as a student in the University of Nigeria Nsukka you have to be studios so in spite of all these things i have listed i will not forget my academics.

WHY HAVE YOU CHOSEN THESE GOALS?

I have chosen these goals because i know that it would help me in preparing for my future, if you want to be successful in life you have to follow the steps of those above you and in this current generation only those that are smart and up to date about things tend to succeed more than those that wait for God to bless them before the sit up so i don't want to left out in anything.

As a young man i am getting to that stage or have gotten to that stage already as the case may be whereby i don't want to depend on my parents for survival so that is why i want to start now to prepare myself for the nearest future.
