Success is one topic that so many have written and discussed, yet we can never get enough of it. Why is this so? Because none of us would exist without it. No matter how people will pretend, we all need to be successful in life.

All effort by man leads to one end: to be successful. Whoever you are, whatever you do, we all sell something, make money in return. All that man do is to be able to live a better and comfortable life. And no one can do without money.

Ok you properly cite your sources by copying the link to the image and paste under the image, in that someone can access the image from the main source through clicking on the link. To make your work look attractive use this [source] (link) to hid the link under text.
Yes you have to be lengthy, give us full detail about a particular topic as I said at least 300 words.

Permit me to ask one more question: Are poems allowed? If yes, they can't get to that extent please.
