Club5050//My ideas for the development of the Entrepreneurship community // By @yulirosario27

Lately I have seen several comments on the decline in the number of visits in the communities, many to see the lack of support from the curators abandon, is that let's face it, most people who are here do it to earn income through their publications, to see that they do not get enough support go in search of support and if they do not get it, abandon, many want to see rewarded their hours of work put into a publication that many takes between 3 hours to more depending on the topic to publish.

What are my ideas for getting users to interact more in the community?

Every person wants to belong to a place where they are taken into account, a warm welcome is a way to achieve the loyalty of a user, in addition to this the motivation through the comments is an incentive for content creators. It can often be noticed that even moderators do not comment on a post, which shows disinterest and the writer feels that he or she is not taken into account.

Another strategy is that the community account must become strong in its voting power, so it is necessary to implement a small percentage for the community in each publication, in this way every day will have more voting power to support its members, also ask without forcing them to join the healing path, the more people join the more support they will receive in the community.

There is a strategy used by several Steemians in the Russian community which is to launch contests where they give out for example 30 steem among all members who participate, and we see how popular those contests are, there is a lot of interaction and when it exceeds 30 people in the contest they give out more sometimes, 1 steem per person, although it sounds very little, people do the contest because they know they are going to win something for posting.

One of the things I have noticed is that communities where they put very strict rules, communities where they demand too many requirements have dropped considerably the number of publications and that is because many spend a lot of time on a publication and when you see only 3 users win and sometimes you notice that they are VIP as administrators of other communities for example, who win, It's not that they don't have the right to win a contest, they do, but when you check their post against that of the other common user you can often see that the quality of the post of the common person far exceeds the post of the person who is, let's say, important, and the users realise the lack of fairness and lose the desire to participate in the contest.

Another thing that can be noted is that you have to give a chance to all members of a community to vote for them, because sometimes it is seen that always the same user always receives support leaving the vast majority out, we must remember that the victory of the king is in the crowd of his people, if I only consent to a few of insurance that the other users will go.

We must give a chance to win a place to people who are not participating in the club5050, many users do not have enough Steem to participate in the club5050 and are trying to make the Steem necessary to be part of the club, if we put as a rule that only those who participate in the club can participate, when these people will gather the Steem to join the club.

The constant creation of contests is a way to have an active community, the concept of entrepreneurship is very broad and gives for various topics without leaving the objective or purpose of the community, this will make the interaction between users is continuous.

And last but not least advertising is a strategy that gives results, you have to look for users in the nursery and new comer communities for example, being visible is a way to be popular, you have to be popular.
Well these are some of my suggestions that have been studied and commented. I hope this information is useful for you, thank you for asking us and asking for suggestions, that's a way to take us into account.
