Explain the difference between hard work and smart work according to your understanding. |

Hard work simply means when one put in more effort and spends a lot of time doing a particular work. Also, it is seen when someone put in more energy to complete a particular task.
While smart work is when one spends fewer hours and yet was able to complete the same task in a short period. Smart work has to do with intelligence where one looks for a sufficient and effective way of completing a large task in a few hours.

To me, I prefer smart work because I come to realize that people who work hard end up getting nothing but they spend many hours of their time doing the job while those who work smart use few hours, and yet they get time to do other work and also earn well.
Smart work doesn't need much stress provided you know what you are doing. But when you work hard, you will end up getting old on time or your body system will function less.
Do you apply both in your work activities or not? Explain case examples. |

Oooh yes, I do apply smart work at my working place. I don't like stress, and also working smart brings more good results and profitability in an organization. I calculate every activity I will do and plan properly, I use different techniques to get my work done.
In addition, I also ensure that the people I work with are also very smart, which makes my work easier. If smart people share ideas and plans, the result will be undesirable, so I always work smart to achieve good results.

Words alone can not express the hard and smart work which the steemit team has been doing all this years. They are just unique on how they do their work.

In conclusion, it is a very good fit for one to work hard but it will be better to work smart as well because if we don't work hard then we won't get what we want. Applying both in a work will go a long way.

Different you are absolutely right hard work in which spending a lot of time and potential to complete certain tasks a work which we have a signed as compared to smart work in smart work we have to spend little time and we can produce more quantitative product and hence less energy is used no exhaust is observed.
