Steemit Engagement Challenge - S7W6 | My vision and mission to join Steemit.

In life when we try to indulge in something which will be beneficial to us, we must have a mission and vision and also a sense of direction for that particular thing, if not achieving it will be hard. Before I joined the platform I have my vision and mission which I will like to share with you all on this very day.

I got to know about steam it through my friend Francis Simon nwigwe popularly known as @simonnwigwe during our university days at Federal university Wukari of Taraba state Nigeria. First, he told me about the platform during our holidays but that was on phone and he said when we meet he will explain better, even though I insisted that he should tell me, but he said he doesn't have the full understanding of the platform yet but once we resume he will explain.

When we resume that was January 23th of January he told me about the platform but I did not agree I was doubting the platform but he did not stop encouraging me and told me that I will learn a lot and also I will earn but my fear back then was how will I write but then I decided to give it a try on the 31st of January 2021.

While it was very hard for me at the beginning because I don't know anything about content creation to the extent I was not able to write my achievement one task. I pleaded with him to help me write but he disagree he said and I cout “ Dear you can do it so give it a try ok” I was upset at first but when I went back to my room I decided to start writing and after I was done I sent it to him and he said I was good to go. And that was where the journey started to date.

The advantage of the steemit platform can not be over-emphasized because it has a lot of advantages over the other platform which I came across. For most of the platforms before one will sign you have to pay but in steemit signing up is free and that has made the platform unique.

Another difference that I noticed about the other platform is the fact that the platform is centralized where your wallet will be controlled and managed by the administration but steemit is a centralized system where it allows its users to navigate freely with less stress. You can make your transaction without following through with any third party or admins.

My main motivation and purpose of join steemit are to learn from different content creators which have been of help to me to develop certain skills and also to improve my writing skills. To make a living by creating good and quality content and also to make friends with different users worldwide. Lastly to support others and also share my little knowledge with others.

Ooh nooo. At this point powering down is not an option for me because I believe with time the platform will get more value in the crypto market and also I believe the steem power will also help in making the platform grow not just that I know that it's another way of serving my earning for the future.

There is no special strategy for me not to lose my club status because it took me time to be where I am today and I don't intend to come down again. The only thing that I will do now is just to keep powering up my earnings because I use to feel I'm left behind but with hard work and consistency I believe I will be able to maintain my club status.

In the year 2023, I hope that the platform will be known worldwide and also more users will join alongside more investors so that the platform will be among the top cryptocurrency in the world.

My goal is to reach 10k steem power at the end of this year and I believe I can do it. Because by consistently powering up my earning my goal of reaching double dolphin will come to pass. Also, I will try my best to invite more users to the platform as well.

In conclusion, steemit has been a great help to me since I joined and I know how far I have learned from the platform not just that I have always supported myself and my family with what I earn. My goals now are to improve my writing skills and also learn from others in all aspects.
