Steem engagement contest week 3
Hello everyone and welcome to another day on my blog, today I would be reviewing a Local restaurant in my locality in line with the this week's contest requirements. I hope you all read to the end as this promises to be an exciting post to make your mouth water.
What is a review
This is the reported experience in form of words about the usage of a commodity by a customer, this commodity varies it could be goods such as a vehicle or service such as an experience.
A review is a honestly insight about a customers experience using a particular product, hence a review can only be done by those who can verify they have made used of a particular product.
A review cannot be done from second hand knowledge as this is a false pretense.
Having explained what a review entails I would now go into details about my experience during my visit to Ahmad's shawarma spot.
This is Ahmad's shawarma spot and they specialise in the sale of Shawarma in gwarinpa below I would be categorisinh my experience to better enable any who might wish to visit so as they become aware of what to expect.

Type of good they sale
This restaurant specialises in the sales and distribution of fast foodwhich primary includeds shawarma and secondary burgers, pepper meat and other.

Operating hours
This are the period they are open for customers.
They are generally open everyday of the week but have a longer operation hours from Monday to Saturday and shorter operating hour of Sunday.
Monday to Saturday they open 10am to 10pm
Sunday's they open 1pm to 10pm
Ambiance of this location
The feeling you get when you visit this location is one mixed with both a local feel and classy setting this is so because of the prime location of the busines.
The business is located along the exotic part of gwarimpa yet they manage not to indulge in such luxury they operate a very simple dinner which brings the setting of locality into context.
Visiting this place I felt lost between the cross world and I asked my self some fundamental questions as to why such a place would choose to be so backward admist the prevelant development all around it.
I also wondered why it got so much patronage given the condition compared to those around it, well it wasn't till later on I would be cleared as to why's.
Service
This is a two man operations, both men operate in an open kitchen which you would be graced with upon visiting.
When I arrived I was welcomed by this two, they immediately began making small talks which I very much enjoyed.
The service is very excellent as they are both positioned to greet any one who walks into the shop without having to leave Thier duty post, they do this very warmly and anyone who walks in instantly feels welcomed.
Waiting time
Generally I waited for about 20 mins which was 5 mins more than I was expected to wait according to them.
I noticed that due to the limited number of employees it seemed inevitable for there not to be a back log of order as they often had many customers.
They have two waiting areas one inside the restaurant and one outside.
The inside waiting area
From this are you can observe as your dish is being made, the process of watching is really fun actually for the majority part of my waiting I stayed at this area.
The outside waiting area
From this side you can basically enjoy the view of the night life or gold conversation with your friends as this location is more spacious than the inside.
My order
After waiting for 20 mins my order was processed, packaged and delivered to me, since this is a take away
Since this is a take out restaurants orders are usually packed in takeouts as people do not eat here but rather at home or somewhere else.
After waiting for 2mins my order to 4 swarama big one was given to me.
Evidence of payment for 4 Shawarma which cost me ₦6000 equivalent of 60 steem.
My customer feedback
Since this was my first time visiting Ahmad's shawarma spot I was particularly impressed as I've heard a lot of good things about the nature of the shawarma to this being said I wasn't disappointed with the quality of meal I was served. It could arguably be one of the best shawarma I've had in a while.
The ambience of the venue was a sharp contrast from the immediate businesses around it as the business without good advertisement I doubt this business will be able to sustain longer as it needs to work on his image.
The service which I got was tremendous as both attendance were quick to make me feel at home and offer me whatever I may need to relax.
The menu was a bit of a let down as most of the items on the menu when unavailable the only available items on the menu were the shawarma perhaps that's why it's a Shawarma spot.
The waiting time needs to be worked on inorder to get more customer patronage. I was told 15 minutes but admittedly I waited 20 minutes but this could be understand by the very nature of a small-scale business in which they operate.

I think the price of the shawarma is quite affordable. You'd pay three times that here in my city, Cumaná (Venezuela). But if you have to wait more than expected, perhaps this is not a place you may want to come back to.
Image is important, too. Ideally, image should sell what they really offer. Anyway, I hope you have enjoyed your shawarmas, and I think it's a plus you can enjoy your food there if you'd wish, under the nocturnal sky. They just have to brighten up the place a little.

Very nice shawarma spot you gat there. Ours over here the shawarma stores delay people and are slow with Terrible customer service, I used to eat alot of shawarma but it's due to this that I reduced eating it.
