Hello, the beautiful people of the Steemit community how are we doing today it feels so good to share with you how my day went after praying in the morning with my family,

A fried groundnut

Well when I was growing I saw my parents farming different kinds of crops on their Farm far away from home and some close by they have been farmers right from the initial stage they inherited farming from their forefathers because they were great Farmers and that is why they have never lack food in our family up to date even with the hardship of the economy we hardly suffer food crop in our house because our Farm products have been sustaining us

my father is a teacher it wasn't an excuse for him to stop farming so the first crop I planted in my life was when a portion of land was given to me by my father when I was still growing and I planted the groundnut with so much joy because everything that comes out of the farm will be mine and I will have my Saving from the farm products and that has been my happiest moment.

I choose groundnuts because is one of the moving trades on our side, groundnut are one of the fastest Farm products that we sell in the market quickly in this part of the world and that is why the majority of people here farm groundnuts not only for oil is also serve as groundnut cake and we use the groundnut oil to fry our yam and cooking of groundnut soup also which is very delicious groundnut has so many uses that benefits us in this part of the world.

my agricultural project in the field because groundnuts don't need shed it's survive both in sunlight as photosynthesis and water from the stem is one of the farm products that can survive without rain for a long time because it has a stem that gives it water from the ground and also a sunlight that helps its leave to be mature and,

why I chose the field because it's a way from home and animals that can destroy the groundnuts animals hardly go to the field away from home so farming groundnuts around the backyard is not good because the rate of survival is very small with the animals around so choosing that location was the best and also it needs a large portion for it to grow, expand and yield greatly for a better harvest.

After planting the groundnut within 3 weeks or a month I weed the farm properly and apply fertilizer to the farm for it to grow also I put insecticide to chase away all the insects that may disturb the crop on the farm normally we weed the groundnut Farm two times before harvest first after 1 month and also after 2 months I weed it again so that it will not have any grass that will stop it from producing best of it quality even as a human being if we did not take care of ourselves the outcome result is always bad and that is why the same method is applied to our Farm.

I take care of it for it to produce good products for me groundnut hardly produces if grass overshadows it and as a farmer, I am always disciplined with my Farm I keep it clean at all times even though it has season here in the North we have a season of rain it starts April and end around October mostly November and we have to wait till another season before planting again and right now I'm preparing for farming again hoping that God will give us rina so that we will bend in our Farm and God will bless us with bomba harvest.

We have our local market where we sell our Farm products in our small village buyers from the town and Neighboring villages come on our market day to buy from us and transport it to another place business is a train it moves from one place to another and that is why we were able to sell our Farm products in the locality market

We sell it in a bunk and also in pieces we can break the groundnut and sell it bit by Beat and also we can sell the grounds in a sack without breaking it or we can fry it and tie it in a nylon and sell it for the final consumer through hugging and it can be processed for groundnut oil and also groundnut cake all these are processed on how we sell the products

Groundnut is one of the profitable businesses that farmers engage in every year, when the portion of land was issued to me by my father I planted a small quantity of groundnut and it shocked my imagination when I harvested many bags from the farm and it has been my savings right from the village even before I got married until now groundnut is one of my savings groundnuts has helped me a lot

I help my husband with our children's school fees with a groundnut profit and I also help my junior brother in school with the groundnut profit I bought my cream soap and other cosmetics with the groundnut profit it has been a great source of business to me when it comes to farm.

I don't have pictures of my Farm work right now because this is not the season and my phone has been flashed if not I could have shared the previous pictures
