The Government's Community Empowerment Program - Housing Assistance for the Poor from the Ministry of Villages.

Today I made the Report to the Central Government through the Ministry of Villages regarding the last my monitoring process before closing 2021 about the construction of aid houses for the poor. The cost of building a house uses the Village Fund from the Ministry of Villages, Government of Indonesia. The housing assistance for the poor is as many as 6 housing units. One house was built with a budget of IDR 55,000,000, or 550 SBD (with an exchange rate of 1 SBD = IDR 100,000). The location for the construction of this house is in Mampree Village, Paya Bakong District, North Aceh Regency. I carried out this supervision with the Paya Bakong sub-district field assistant team, namely Lukman Hakim, Syarbaini, Fitriani, Yumanidar and Technical Assistant Zulfan Syaputra. The construction of houses for the poor was carried out by Geuchik Jafar as the Head of Gampong Mampree Village.

After talking with the village head, we then immediately walked to the location in Ilham hamlet to see the construction of aid houses that had been completed using the 2021 Village Fund, all the houses had finished the construction process around November. 3 units have been handed over to the beneficiaries, namely Yusuf, Munzir and Ikbar.

After that we also saw the shape of the display inside the house, the construction process was neat and nice. The aid houses for the poor in Mampree Village all use wood-based materials with a minimalist design with bright paint colors. This house has 2 rooms, there is a kitchen, there is a living room and a bathroom.

After that, we headed to Rahmat Hamlet, where 4 units of aid housing for the poor were built in this hamlet. We walked along the path to the location. We walked about 500 meters to the location of the house. After I got there I paid attention to all the details of the construction of the building, if there was something lacking in the construction process I immediately told Mr. Jafar as the Village Head to be repaired immediately.

Arriving at Rahmat Hamlet, we immediately checked the 3rd Unit House, then the 4th Unit House which was not too far from the 3rd Unit. After I checked the construction process, everything was built well and neatly, then to the 5th unit house and finally the 6th unit house. Everything was built well and neatly.

In the third unit house that we reviewed, everything was not finished, but I saw that the interior was finished, only the kitchen room was not finished and the electrical and lighting installations were not finished, the others were finished. When I checked the handyman was finishing the kitchen room, in about a week everything would be finished by the craftsman who worked on the house. I will supervise once again coming here next week, as well as for the handover ceremony to the house aid recipients.

This is my report on the results of supervision to Paya Bakong District, Gampong Mampree Village, the progress of the construction of aid houses for the poor that were built using the 2021 Village Fund. These funds are assistance from the Ministry of Villages of the Indonesian Government. This financial assistance is specifically for helping the poor.
