STEEM KINDNESS PROGRAM - Distributing Basic Food Aid Packages to the Poor Elderly in Lhokseumawe City.

Helping the poor is the duty of all of us. In the course of this life not everyone has the luck, many people have a hard fate and live in poverty. That's why we are administrators of the Steem Entrepreneur Community. After holding a meeting 2 weeks ago, we created a Steem Kindness program to help the Poor Seniors. This assistance is in the form of Basic Food Assistance Packages to welcome the Month of Ramadan to the Poor Elderly. The Steem Kindness program aims to provide sufficient and healthy food assistance for the elderly and the poor so that they can fast peacefully when entering the beginning of the month of Ramadan on April 2, 2022. Some of the aid packages have been distributed by friends of the Steem Kindness Team in North Aceh Regency last week. The distribution of the Aid Packages in North Aceh Regency has been carried out by @harferri as the Team Leader, assisted by @f2i5 and @afrizalbinalka.

Today, Sunday 27 March 2022, I distributed the basic food aid packages to 2 locations. I immediately delivered the food aid package myself to the address for the Poor Elderly House in Lhokseumawe City.

In the afternoon, I delivered the basic food aid package to Grandma Bismi whose address is in Tumpok Teungoh Village, Lhokseumawe City. Bismi's Grandmother is about 65 years old, She lives with her son and 2 grandchildren who are still in elementary school. Bismi's Grandmother's house is very small with a size of 6 x 6 meters. Bismi's Grandmother is a widow whose husband died 30 years ago. When I delivered this food aid package, She was very happy to receive this assistance. Hopefully this food package assistance can help her with needs for the next 15 days. Thank you for the words from Grandmother Bismi to Steem Kindness for helping her with this basic food package.

Then in the afternoon, I delivered the Basic Food Aid Package to Mak Yati's house. She lives in Tumpok Teungoh Village, Lhokseumawe City. Mak Yati is a widow whose husband died about 15 years ago. She lives with one daughter who is still in high school. Mak Yati is about 55 years old. Mak Yati works daily making cakes and selling them in several coffee shops. Her daily income from selling cakes is around Rp. 75,000 or about 15 Steem with an exchange rate of Rp.5000/Steem. The condition of the house where she lives is very small. She was very happy to receive Basic Food Assistance from Steem Kindness. Mak Yati Says Thank You To Steemian who has shared the Reward to the Steem Kindness account and Steemit for the help of this basic food package to her.
