Menye Beach is located approximately 1 hour from Takengon City Center. The surrounding scenery is very beautiful, there are hills, Lake Laut Tawar, rice fields and gardens. At Menye Beach there is also a cafe with a very attractive design, very suitable for a place to drink delicious coffee while enjoying the view of Lake Laut Tawar. The entrance ticket price at this place is cheap, only Rp. 10,000. If you want to go around the lake using a speedboat, you only need to pay Rp. 20,000/person. Unfortunately for my friends, when they arrived at the beach, they didn't go around the beach on the speedboat, many of them ended up around the edge of the lake.

Pantai Menye terletak kira-kira 1 jam dari Pusat Kota Takengon. Pemandangan di sekitarnya sangat indah terdapat bukit-bukit, Danau Laut Tawar, sawah dan kebun-kebun. Di Pantai Menye ini juga terdapat cafe dengan disain yang sangat menarik, sangat cocok untuk tempat minum kopi yang enak sambil menikmati pemandangan Danau Laut Tawar. Harga tiket masuk di tempat ini termasuk murah hanya Rp. 10.000. Jika ingin berkeliling Danau menggunakan speedboat cukup membayar Rp. 20.000/ orang. Sayangnya kepada kawan-kawan ketika samapi ke pantai menye tidak mengekilingi pantai tersebut mengenai speedboat, banyak nya pengujung sampai di sekitar pinggir Danau.
