Hello guys, welcome to this week's beautiful edition of Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 9 Week 5 from the Steem Entrepreneurs Community.

Yes I am very much interested in becoming an entrepreneur. Becoming an entrepreneur gives one lots of opportunities, exposure and at the same time more rewarding.

Being an entrepreneur gives one the ability to enjoy have their time to themselves and at the same time make money.

Entrepreneurship is one career path that puts a person in a position to create wealth while exploring and enjoying life.

I have made researches and I have come to realize that there is no employee that had ever created wealth by being employed.

But everyone that had ever created wealth were entrepreneurs who took their time to create things and invest in things.

That was my motivating factor.

There are a couple of things an entrepreneur must have in other to achieve their goals and in turn create wealth.

One thing an entrepreneur must have is a vision that explains where he is going and what he wants to achieve.

An entrepreneur must have an action plan on how he will achieve the vision he has.
Having a vision is not enough until there is an execution.

On the journey of entrepreneurship you will need relationships, collaboration and partnership. One of the things an entrepreneur needs is the right relationship and partnership in other to get the vision achieved.

Entrepreneurship requires money, though one must not get all the money required to start a business big before starting. It is good to start small, no matter how small and allow the business grow over the years.

Growth is one aspect of business that happens with time, so it is better to start small and grow with time.

One major character or quality that an entrepreneur needs is discipline and consistency.

You can't start a business today and it explodes same day. It needs time to grow. And for it to grow, it needs time and consistency.

Without discipline, one will eat up all returns and even capital.

Without consistency, you can't overcome the ups and downs of business. Being an entrepreneur is not all rosey, some periods are periods of so much profit while some other periods are full of losses.

If one is not disciplined and consistent in what he is doing, so many challenges can make one hive up.

I want to run a digital marketing agency that would be able to render all sorts of digital services to businesses.

Here we will solve sales and marketing problems of businesses and any other related business issue any business may face.

To achieve this, I had already started small as an individual, but the bigger picture is to grow and expand into a big brand.

I want to share an inspiring story of a young friend still in his 20s who had an Entrepreneurship mindset in his teens and followed the mindset and today he has made lots of money and still counting.

Binas came from a very poor family background while growing up. His father had to sell their only land in other to pay his acceptance fee when he got admission in school.

When he got to school, there was no sponsorship anywhere, he learnt barbing first, and started a mini barbing salon for fellow students.

He made some money from barbing and started a restaurant while the salon was running.

While the restaurant was running he started blogging, built a facebook page with over 600k followers and started making money from his page and blogging.

From there he moved invested into a couple of businesses and employed the best of his course mates who graduated with a first class.

Though Binas is still growing, but today he's got a so many lands for his dad to replace the one that was sold to send hk to school.

He built a very beautiful house which was described as the most beautiful house in their city. He got 2 luxury cars and also has his time to himself.

Binas makes money while he sleep and wake up on daily basis. This is the sweet part of being an entire.

The summary of a I had been writing is that it is good to start a journey on entrepreneurship. It will give you freedom, time and money.
