REPORT - COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS ( SEPT 21, 2022)

Steem Entrepreneurs Community is a community that focuses on spreading information about steemit.com and steem.com in the business field, as well as being a place for entrepreneurs to be creative and promote their business on the steemit platform. In its development the community has passed many obstacles and challenges to survive with its specificity as a new color in the progress of steemit. This success is inseparable from the role of the Steemit Team who always supports community development by curating or selecting (choosing) the Steem Entrepreneurs community in programs initiated by the platform.

Here we present some analysis of community development and community policies for community growth that are in line with the policies and rules of the Steemit Team.

SUBCRIBERS, PENDING REWARDS, ACTIVE POSTERS

This data was recorded on September 21, 2022 at the same time as reporting - Subscribers, pending rewards and activ posters are important indicators for community growth. The sector experienced a significant increase compared to August. In our analysis this is due to the community's choice as the contest organizer to increase user engagement in September. Our conclusion, it is wrong to associate the Steemit Engagement Challenge Program with boredom or other negative things. In fact this program is very useful for community growth and improving the quality of posts on different topics. We have campaigned since the beginning, this program has succeeded in getting users out of their comfort zone to develop their potential.

STEEM POWER COMMUNITY CURACY ACCOUNT

STEEM POWER The @steempreneurship community curated account actually experienced a decrease in the number of delegates and an increase in account ownership. In our analysis, delegates are more likely to use SP to get curation from other users' posts, especially posts that will get a definite vote from SC01, for example the CR report on Steem POD. The rules from the Steemit Team for curating restrictions for delegators also affect the withdrawal of delegates by delegators.

In response to this condition, the community curation account made several policies for adjustments to be in line with the Steemit Team's instructions for the growth of the curation account.

1. Curation account will eliminate the @steempreneurship account revenue sharing for the delegators. Previously, 20% of the total revenue was distributed to the delegates.
2. Curation will be prioritized for posts on the community page but for delegates it will still be distributed with adjustments and a certain percentage according to the number of delegates.
3. Community administrators agree and commit that the account should not power down as long as the steemit platform is still active.
4. Continuous efforts to continuously improve Steem power of community curated accounts.

This policy was taken with careful and wise consideration for the future growth of society. For your attention and cooperation, we thank all stakeholders, especially the Steemit Team for their support from the beginning of the community until now.

STEEM KINDNESS PROGRAM

Steem Kindness currently does not have a program running due to several non-technical constraints such as limited funds and time from the administrators. Programs such as job training or educational assistance are being prepared for implementation. Currently it has not been published because it is still in the stage of perfecting the target beneficiaries.

Funds collected are stored properly and safely for future programs. It is also worth mentioning that it is optional that the funds raised when not used will be used to strengthen the community curation account as the awarding of the award recipients is only to the @steemkindness account so far. This is done when there is no program from Steem Kindness. This notice will be published for information disclosure to community members and the Steemit Team.

FINAL CONCLUSION

The Steem Entrepreneurs community is currently on the right track to continue to grow as a unique and specific community. Although it must also be underlined, the need for refreshing ideas and creativity so that the community can grow ideally for the achievement of the vision and mission.

The Steem Entrepreneurs community is still consistent in verifying posts from community page users and guidelines for new users. Among other specific communities, Steem Entrepreneurs who still exist and compete with creativity with other general communities.
