As we emerged in the 21st century, it is no lie that systems and structures in ways of business promotion 10 or even 5 years ago is no longer relevant.
With the harsh economic state around the world, more businesses are being created by people everyday and the competition is no joke.
Now the question is, what is going to give Mr. A an advantage over Mr. B in the business world?

Many would say Technology came with its evil, but if you seek my honest opinion, i would say, i wouldn't trade its goodness for any cup of evil.
Technology is simply amazing !!
Business owners all around the world have embraced technology for better advancement of their products and services.
Myself, i take advantage of technology a great deal in my business promotion and marketing of which i find the result really impressive, as i experience an encouraging turn over.
During the Covid-19 disaster where we all had to stay indoor, i resorted to telecommunications, selling data and airtime online to promising customers, it was a sad period while it lasted but the spirit of entrepreneur was unleashed in me during the period and after that too.

Highlighted here are some ways by which technology can be utilized to market / promote business services and products:
Improved Customer service;
Channels between seller and buyer becomes more accessible. Feedback systems for customers to react based on purchased product or service is impossible giving way for suppliers or sellers to improve in the quality and presentations of their products and services out to customers.
And they would not love poor rating, hence step up in their game to gain the trust of customers for positive reviews on the said product and service and also to attract more customers.
Excellent marketing campaigns;
Technology utilization will allow for better promoting of business and services through automated posts, social media adverts, promotional post (could be paid), usually some business owners seek the help of social media promoters with large social media followers to bring over potential customers in the future.
Here social media acts as a marketing and promotional tool of awareness.
Working remotely;
This emerged greatly during the Covid-19 era and has come to stay, various business enterprises now employ remote workers on full paid or part time jobs to run affairs of the business including sending and receiving electronic mails.
This optimization is time effective and saves physical space.
Security check;
Technology could be utilized to ward off threats on a business website or software. Strong password links are put in place, guarding confidential information of the business from the public eye.
