A representative is a person who represents the organisation. The leader of the organisation can't be available at all the places due to his work pressure. Leaders have lots of commitments in the development of the organisation as well as people. So He/She appoints many representatives in favour of him to do his activities. These representatives should not show favour to a particular peoples or particular community. They should be available commonly to all the people. They should bring trust in them among the people. Like that Steemiblog also appointed many Steem representatives in favour of them to help the new commer and the other posters in Steemit.
It is a beautiful contest to know about what people think or thinking about Steem Representatives. We can able to see the answers from their point.of view.
It is a good idea followed by Steemitblog to appoint many Steem Representatives in favour of them to help the Steemit users and also we can learn many things from them. As a newcomer we have many doubts about the Steemit website. We can clear those doubts from the steem representatives. We can also get some ideas from representatives on how to start our Steemit journey. They will be very kind and helpful to clear our doubts and make them solved.
Every Steem representative should have a helping tendency. This is the first character I got inspired from the steem representatives. Organising contests from their own earnings to encourage all the users to participate in the contest. This is the second thing I got inspired from them. The way they provide valuable comments on the newcomers post to encourage them and also point out what needs to be improved in the newcomers post and give good guidance to all. These qualities inspired me a lot about the Steem representatives
No one was selected from my region or from my country. So I was unable to meet them. I am very glad to meet if any opportunity comes to me to meet the steem representatives near my location.
But I communicated with other Steem representative through discord to clear some of my doubts on the Steemit platform. They replied to all my questions and my doubts got cleared. I am very happy interacting with them through discord and the way they responded to me.
The first thing I hope is they should be in General not specific to a particular one region or one community. For the same reason the Steemitblog also called off all the previous country representatives and started new initiatives of Steem Representatives in which the Steem representatives are general to all the country people and they are not specific to a particular country. This way of having general Steem representatives make Steemit reach more heights and for newcomers it will be easy to contact any of Steem representatives to clear their doubts or queries. I will hope for the better future of Steemit with the help of Steem Representatives.
The volunteer help and suggestions from Steem representatives on the users post and organising contests from their own earnings without expecting anything make me feel about them very proud. The users of the non selected representative region also need to be taken care of by the selected Steem representatives.
