Greeting my dear Steemian friends. Today I will present a review of some traditional food products from a village market in our Bangladesh. From city markets to rural markets, a variety of traditional products are available that carry the heritage of Bangladesh. All the traditional foods and other wholesome goods that I find in our village markets are not found in urban areas. So I am starting to write a review blog of such a traditional village market in Bangladesh.
Traditional Food of the Village Market of Bangladesh.
All kinds of food can be seen in the village market. But there are several dishes which are traditional dishes of the village market and these dishes are mixed with the traditions of the villages of Bangladesh. I myself have eaten many foods in my childhood which are now not available in urban markets. But when I visit my village home, I buy all those old food from my village market. Traditional foods of the village market include Sugar and Jaggery Murali, Goja, Nimki, Khurma, Nut Bar, Malpua, Roasted Chana, Nuts, Masala Popcorn, Samosa etc. The names of all the dishes may be different in different parts of Bangladesh but these are very familiar and traditional dishes of rural Bengal which are my favorite dishes.
The Location of the Village Market.
In the village markets of different districts of Bangladesh, you can find all the foods that carry the traditions of Bangladesh and these foods are very delicious to eat. Also in the village bazaar there is a large weekly bazaar that offers a wide variety of food items along with other essentials. So if you are looking for such delicious food then you can visit any rural market in Bangladesh to get familiar with these dishes. At the same time, you can taste all these foods which you will like much more.
Features of Traditional Foods.
The main feature of traditional dishes is that they are very tasty and almost all people of Bangladesh are familiar with these dishes. However, the names of these dishes may be different depending on the place, but the taste of these dishes is the same. On the other hand, traditional food also plays an important role in preserving the country's heritage, which is one of the characteristics of these foods. Traditional food, on the other hand, is food that has been prepared and eaten for generations. Traditional food is traditional in nature and may have historical precedents in a national cuisine, regional cuisine or local cuisine.

Small Capital Business Development.
All these delicacies can be seen selling in tong shops or mobile shops on the side of the road. All these food traders operate with less capital but the profit of these traders is very high. It can be said that one third of the money from the capital is earned here. Apart from these businesses, there are many small businesses that are very profitable. Starting a small business requires very little capital but if the business is good, it can be seen that people can be established by these businesses. The shopkeepers of these small shops in the village are very self-sufficient because they have a high demand for these delicious foods and they keep the prices of all the foods relatively high so their profit is high.
Contribution of such Businesses to Rural Economy of Bangladesh.
As these small businesses preserve the heritage of Bangladesh, the money earned from these businesses can contribute to rural development. Long ago it was thought that the village people are far behind the city people in terms of skills and money but the reality is that the small business people of the village have more profit and they are self-reliant in their life. As a result of these small traders making more profit, they play an important role in the development of the village as well as their own family needs. A visit to various rural areas today shows that buildings with narrow pitched roads have made it easier for these small traders in the village. Most of these narrow roads in the village are owned so that people can contribute to the development of the village along with their families by earning money in the business sector.
Importance of Maintaining Food Traditions.
I think it is important for us to maintain the food tradition because through these foods we can show the tradition of our village Bengal in front of everyone. Moreover, these traditional foods of our Bangladesh are much more delicious and delicious than any food of the present time. Almost all the people of Bangladesh like to eat these traditional foods and even I myself like all the foods very much. Moreover, many poor people are becoming self-reliant by running these small businesses. The demand for these foods should be increased to preserve the beauty of the village and the old traditions so that our next generation can know about these foods.
