Is only those who are honest and confident that will remain successful forever. A dishonest person might be successful in life, but his wealth might not last compared to the wealth of a honest man. Always remain honest friends.
Am happy for @aviral123 for successfully creating her first steemit contest. I also created my first steemit contest this week and is about sharing objects if a particular color I chose, which is blue and I will chose another color next week. Since we are almost on the same level for creating our first contest this month, I decided to humble myself and participate in her contest, I will be very happy if she participates in mine.

Company culture is known as the guidelines, rules and regulations as well as pattern in which the overall people of an organization must work according to or abide by.
It's importance
It is very important because it helps in organizing the affairs of the people in an organization and it improves the step by step goal of the organization thereby making all their works attractive and orderly.
If customers in this organization sees how organized the staff are, they will love to always patronize them and the business begins to grow rapidly. Most times is not the way the product in a business are that attracts customers but the attitude and dressing of the staff.

When the business environment is clean and serene for both the employee and customers because once customers comment on how good the environment is, the employee obtains joy and keeps on working hard towards the growth of the organization.
They also few motivated each time everyone is treated equally as there's no act of favoritism in the organization and everybody are paid according to their duties and no one is being cheated.
Sometimes the way in which employees relate with each other, improves the engagement and motivation of them because they will always feel happy and comfortable.
