How's everything going? Is a great honour posting in this beautiful and uni community again. I decided to post here today after coming across this contest but @f2i5, hello sir thank you for this wonderful and productive contest. Workers around the whole world have been suffering alot and after these sufferings they get low salaries and this isn't good at all.

Challenges faced by workers in this digital era

I will talk about teachers because I love them alot as my parents are both teachers. Nigerian teachers are really going through alot and I feel pity for them alot. I see these sufferings in my highschool teachers and also in my parents. Most times when my parents come back home from school, they always talk about the bad and scattered system of education in Nigeria.

Nigerian schools are supposed to be free because Right to education is one of our rights to citizens. As for the teachers, things has not been easy for them because they will teach for hours every week days but they won't get much salaries and I feel pity for teachers like my parents who have more than 2 children and teachers whose children are in the university already. Am about to enter the university soon by God's grace but it won't be very easy for my parents but I have plans as I will keep on supporting them financially from my steemit earnings.

Teachers who teaches in government schools that are overpopulated are teachers that suffer the most because is not really easy to control those large number of children. I have seen alot of situations whereby these children will be chased round the school by teachers because they have disobeyed some rule and don't want to be punished. Teachers have no option to continue this job because till they see a better one but most of them have loose hope.

My parents have been teachers even before I was born and they are used to this job and they have always warned my siblings and I to always study hard so that we don't end up being teachers, our parents don't want us to be teachers like them and currently am already very hard for my future to be very bright, I ave alot of things I want to do to earn money in the future and today is the foundation of Al these things.

The benefits workers are getting from their working places

Teachers don't work morning till night like barbers and owners of shops. Am a barber but on a long term break because of my numerous exams this year. As a barber we close by 10pm everyday and this picture above is a picture of my friend shaving a customer in the night. Barbing isn't also an easy job but that will be a discussion for another day. Teachers closes before 5pm.

Teachers always get the opportunity to rest at home whenever there's a public holiday in the country, holidays like **independence day, workers day, democracy day, children's day, Easter and so many others. Is very good to see smiles on my parents faces whenever they are resting at home together 💙. Teachers even benefit when it comes to long term school holidays.

Barbers benefit in there business by having free haircuts, I remember how I had free haircuts for one full year when I was learning the skill and also working. There alot of workers who achieve alot from their business and this has made life more easy for them that's why is very amazing to involve ourselves in business that will really tecah us alot of things.
