As I a future health professionalist that's why I like to talk about health and healthy lifestyle that's why today I am choosing a topic of telling you the health benefits of fasting.So I will tell a lot of health benefits of fasting let's start without wasting time.

How fasting is related to our health?
Fasting and body changes

Basically fasting is a process in which we have to pass through hunger and thirst for few hours and in this way there are a lot of bodily changes so it is very obvious that bodily functional changes mean all mechanism alternate with fasting in our body so in this way fasting is also related to our health.

What are the health benefits of fasting?

There are a lot of health benefits of fasting if we complete the fast in a proper way and with eating a good and a nutritious diet. If we eat unhealthy foods in sehri and iftari then there could be the possibilities of negative effects but it will not due to fast it will be due to our diet but here I am sharing some of the health benefits of fasting.

Blood sugar management is very important for a healthy body and when we are in state of fast then the first benefit for the diabetic patients that there sugar level remains in control and fasting is a very good way of blood sugar management.


Blood pressure management

Blood pressure is a very common disease worldwide and sodium is the main cause of increasing the blood pressure and it is very obvious that when we remain in the state of fast then we will not take anything into our body and hence sodium level remains in control so that blood pressure automatically remains in control.

Obesity management

It is said that obesity is a condition due to which a person we get victim of a lot of diseases so fasting is a very good way to keep your stomach relax for sometime and to use the fats that are accumulating in your body for energy purposes so hence weight loss occurs and obesity remains in control.


Inflammation reduction

If there is an inflammation in your body due to any infection so it will also heal more rapid when you are in the state of fast because your body immunity gets more stronger after fasting for some hours if you maintain a good diet.


Improved cognitive function

Improved cognitive function is very important and through fasting you can improve your cognition so it's another plus very good point of having a fast that we can highlight in the health benefits of fasting.


Improved brain function

It's very important for your brain to work properly so in the condition of fast your mind captures all the things very rapidly hence you can say that during fast your brain function also improves and it is a very healthy benefit of fast.

Improved body metabolism

According to medical there are different cycles present in our body and the cycles are related to the biochemistry of the body so these cycles works in a proper way when you have a strong and a good metabolism so fast is a very good way to improve your body processes because your all body processes depends upon your metabolism.


Improved overall fitness

I have told a lot of health benefits of fasting so all these were also a part of your over all body fitness and I have also told that your obesity also remains in control so that's why we can say that fasting improving our overall body fitness including our metabolism and physique.


What I conclude?

There are a lot of health benefits of fasting but if we accomplish our fast in a proper way means we should be very careful in our diet during the sehri and iftari and if we don't take care of our diet then these required benefits we cannot achieve.
