Hello Steem Entrepreneurs Community!
I hope all the admins and moderators working here are well and at peace by God's infinite mercy. I am also well Alhamdulillah.
I love to participate in any competition. Today I came to participate in the Steem Culinary Feast competition like my other friends.
Making pitha is a tradition in our country. Everyone from young to old in Bangladesh likes to eat any kind of pitha.
I would like to thank @f2i5 moderator who organized this Steem culinary feast contest.

👉 Present to us the types of culinary snacks that exist in your city. Name and describe a little uniqueness.

Bangladesh is a pitha favorite country. And if it is a winter pitha, then there is no word. Bengalis love to eat pitha all year round. But in winter, some people sit on the roadside to make a living, both men and women. And People buy and eat them in large quantities. Today I am going to show you the process of making a steamed winter pie. This pita is very delicious to eat. It tastes great when eaten hot.

Grated coconut is mixed with boiled rice and filled in a bowl with a little date molasses inside it and placed on a steaming pot. This pita is made by steaming from the boiling water.

👉 Explain the main ingredients used for this type of culinary.

Boiled rice powder, coconut, salt and jaggery are required for making this pitha. And as cooking equipment, pot for boiling water on stove, perforated lid.

👉 Describe the culinary selling price according to your local currency and what the price is in Steem.

In our area, the price of this pitha is the same from the beginning of winter to the end. The price of a large bowl of steamed pitha is 10 taka and the price of a small bowl of pitha is 5 taka. And if we compare the price of this pitha in Bangladesh, the price of steam can be 0.15 or 0.08.

👉 You may present more than one type of culinary.

There are many pitha festivals in our country during winter, among them the notable pithas are Dudh Puli, Chitai Pitha, Chitai Pitha soaked in date juice, Vapa Pitha, Pati Sapta Pitha, Semai Pitha.

I myself love to make pitha and eat it. I want to eat those pithas even if they are made by street vendors. I make different types of pithas every few days. Hope you like my blog today. Thank you all.

I appreciate your upvotes and support Thanks for reading my post
