To take Steem to the next level, the Steemit Team has selected all the amazing users as Steem Representatives, who all have awesome activities on this platform. Through today's contest, I will share with you Nearer to the Steem Representative.
Your impressions with them.
I know all stream representatives selected in batch-1 and it is never possible to compare any of them. Because each of them is doing great work individually and collectively for the improvement of this platform by giving their best from their own place.
I feel blessed to have worked with them in various ways and to learn new things from them constantly. But the two representatives who are very close to me and with whom I am constantly in touch are @msharif and @inspiracion.
I had the opportunity to see the work of these two Steem representatives very closely. They are both brilliant and skilled. They have conquered this platform with all their amazing activities, and they are playing great roles from their respective places. At the same time, they are suitable role models for all other users.

@ inspiracion is an amazing mentor and team leader. In addition to being a Steem Venezuelan moderator, her biggest identity is that she is the administrator of the Newommerce Community and a greeter. After working with her in Team Newcomer for the last five consecutive months, I found him to be a good mentor and has the ability to lead a team through wise decisions. Moreover, through her extraordinary writing skills, she motivates everyone with her contents while at the same time giving important guidelines.
I have to say one thing about @ msharif, who is a super active user of this platform. As an administrator of Steem for Bangladesh, he has proven how to build a community step by step. Running a community is like running a family, which he has done well. The way he hold Club100 continuously with patience and diligence, and the way he constantly publishes content, motivates me a lot.

Have you ever met in person or just communicated via Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram or something else.
No, I have never met them in person, but I am in constant contact with them on Discord, WhatsApp, and also personal contract.
Being a greeter myself, I interacted with @inspiracion on Discord from time to time to solve various problems related to the achievements of newcomers and their activities, and I was impressed by her ability to solve any problem instantly. Also, being on the same curator team, we talk about curation reports and schedules on Discord.
I am in constant contact with @msharif on Discord, WhatsApp, and also on his personal number, and he is like an elder brother to me. Since we are two admins of the same community, we communicate on Discord, WhatsApp, and direct numbers about various community activities, curation and community development, leadership planning, booming, etc.
What are your hopes for the elected Steem representatives.
Man alone has no such power; the combined power of all has no comparison. My hope for all steem representatives is to help all users of this platform and guide others in the way they have built themselves. Since the qualified users have been selected as representatives for their extraordinary activities, if the different talents and plans of these 20 people are combined in one place, the result will undoubtedly be far-reaching to the infinity level.
As a Steem representative, I will definitely try to fulfill all my responsibilities properly, and I expect all other representatives to plan together for steem growth, exchange ideas with each other for the sake of steem, and be the right guide for all users of this platform because the future of Steemit is in your hands. As you should be a role model for others, don't do bad things from which users learn something bad

First who is @Inspiration Ma'am, her name alone proves that she is an inspiration to all. Because she is performing her duties as the administrator of Newcomer community very prudently through his skill and perseverance. You are right she is very knowledgeable person on this platform. And the 2nd one you mentioned is our respected dear admin of Steem for Bangladesh @msharif. Who is not only a community admin but also my guardian and mentor of this platform. I agree with you that @msharif, he performs the role of Steem Representative very efficiently with his patience and hard work which is really commendable. It's very lucky for all users like me to have two Steem Representatives like them. Their work will be an inspiration to us all.
