Economic activists :- How to make rice from rice in the tradition of our village Bengal.
After waking up in the morning, I brushed my teeth and went for a walk outside like every day. Then came from outside and took some rest and had breakfast in the morning. After breakfast, I sat down to read a little because the model test exam is going on in my college, so reading a little is more stressful. So I get up in the morning and study for two to three hours.
And today the rice work is going on in our house, meaning the rice is being harvested to make rice. For this reason I went a little closer to the stove to collect some photos. Then I took a few photos from afar and shared them with you.
And in our house twice a year paddy is dried in this way and rice is made after drying the paddy. And the method of making rice from this paddy is very beautiful and it has been around for ages. Since we were young, we used to see rice being made from paddy like this in our house.
In fact, the method of doing this is: First, the rice should be soaked in water for three to four days. And those who do not soak the rice in water for three to four days, after boiling the rice a little, soak it in water only for one day and then soak it again the next day. Then the paddy is left to dry in the sun in the yard or open space.
Then within two days, the rice is dried in sacks and kept in a room for two days to cool the rice. And when the rice gets cold, it is milled and then rice is made. And this method has been going on for ages that we can see now. And this practice is only in rural Bengal, its spread is not seen in the city. So we still see many old traditions in the village. And it's great to share it with you.
Finally I add two selfies of myself and some photos of drying paddy. What you can see here is drying rice in a very beautiful way. I hope you will like these beautiful scenes very much inshallah.
Thanks everyone
