Steemit Engagement Challenge S9W2 - Learn to appreciate a drop of water
Hi steemian friends, water is a source of life that we really need in our daily lives, therefore let us campaign to keep clean water well.
What is the function of water in life?
Water has a very significant main function in our daily life, our life is always side by side with water because whatever we do requires water, if asked about the function of water, maybe the short answer is to give life to the world.
However, many things that we do everyday always need water such as bathing, ablution, washing clothes and watering plants. But apart from that indirectly we all come from a drop of water, without water I don't think there is life in this world, be it human animals or plants, water plays a major role in everything to give life to all living things.
How do we describe the value of a drop of water?
There is no most valuable object that can be compared to a drop of water. For me, a drop of water is like life for the universe. If there is no water, all of them can die and become helpless. water is truly the source of life.
So to illustrate the value of a very precious drop of water, let us all make the best use of this natural element, never waste clean water because the amount of clean/fresh water on earth is only 2.5 percent of the 97.5 salt water in the world, respect a drop of water with meaning that has kept us alive.
How is the availability of clean water in your area?
With great gratitude, in the area where we live, clean water is very easy to reach because in our country, Indonesia has a tropical climate, which means that rainfall falls very easily. Even though it's the dry season it rains anyway which makes the river never dry up.
Water sources are everywhere and very easy to get, although we also have to conserve water and always make the best use of water. The sources of clean water that we usually use for household purposes are wells, water from the state-owned PDAM.
Meanwhile, for watering plants and herbs in our gardens and rice fields, we use water supplied from dams, clean water is very easy to get in our area.
