Today I went to Pasar Tanah Pasir to shop for kitchen needs, Pasar Tanah Pasir is our traditional market, the distance from my house to the market is only about 5 minutes away by motorbike.
At Tanah Pasir market, there are various kinds of daily necessities, from clothing to grocery, fish, vegetable and other small shops as well as stalls selling various other basic necessities.
In the morning the market is very crowded with buyers because many people shop in the morning to buy ingredients for cooking during the day, the Tanah Pasir market is open from 08:30 until the evening, but specifically for the fish market and vegetable market it is only open until midnight at 6 afternoon, Special for kiosks and other shops open until 12 pm.
In addition, the Tanah Pasir market is also very crowded with people in the afternoon starting from 4 pm until the evening a lot of food and snacks are sold by many traders at the market intersection or at other stalls, various foods are sold such as satay, banana chocolate , toast , meatballs and various other fresh foods, juices and beverages.
Arriving at the market, the first place I visited was a place that sold ready-made ground spices, I bought rendang seasoning and also noodle seasoning, at the ground spice shop they also sell various other kitchen necessities, so I bought everything here without having to go to the store. in another place, I also bought shallots, garlic, tomatoes, lemongrass, cayenne pepper, potatoes, carrots and some other spices, when I bought them I also had to queue because many other customers were also shopping.
For all the groceries I paid 64.000 Idr /11 Steem, after shopping and paying I brought all the groceries to the motorbike and put it in the motorbike seat after that I went straight home.
