FREE YOUR BURDEN CONTEST

Greetings friends on Steem Entrepreneurs, I am happy to participate in this contest organised by @f2i5. It is such an interesting contest and is an opportunity to Steemians to air their grievances and lay their complaints.

Personally I have some things that has been bothering my mind which I wish to free my burden through this contest today.

Before I lay my complains I want to appreciate curators, leaders in different capacities most especially SC01 and SC02 for the work they have been doing so far. I know they are humans like us who are very busy with life activities and yet they still create time out of their busy schedules to be attending to a large community such as this.

I understand that it is not easy to go through people's posts one by one. Most especially some posts that doesn't use a common language, they must be interpreted, check plagiarism etc. You people are doing a great job. I will not fail to thank @booming02 and @booming03 for their constant support. I don't know how it is usually done but for the moderators or leaders who always recommends me for booming votes thank you very much for the support for without those supports I wouldn't be here by now.

At the same time I must say that curating and rewards most times are not fair enough. I have participated on engagement challenge where other countries participate and the same person who dropped his entry along with me in less than 4 hours is voted with $25 and even others who sent in their post later on had higher votes while my own paid out only $8.40. I followed all the rules and did all that was required for the contest.

I want to say that this is not encouraging most especially to the new comers. It would be good to encourage the new comers with quality votes when they participate in engagement challenge.

To participate in this platform one uses data, time and brain work. All these are commitments and dedication to the platform. It is always very sad and disheartening that someone will create time, use his data and brain to think and write things either participate in contest or whatever challenge and the post will payout zero point something or at times 0.00. Some posts will not even be assess while some will be assess with good comments and yet will not be rewarded.Just like I woke up at 2.43am to make this post it will be very painful if it pays out nothing at the end of the day.

I understand that it's not easy on your parts, yet anything that is worth doing is worth doing well. I will please request that posts should not be allowed to pay out zeros and unassessed. I know despite my experience in posts paying out zeros and not being assess sometimes, I am still pushing on, I have not given up. I am also encouraging other new comers to stay put and keep on posting. I am appealing that it will be more encouraging for one to make a post and any how or worse come to worse sees at least $5.00 dollars on a single post.

I encourage the Steemit Team to do more. I will also use this medium to please say that ever since I joined this platform about five months now I only experience SC01 once and it was quite exciting to receive his visitation and will love him to revisit my blog soon. Thank you, I hope I was able to make a constructive free burden without hurting anyone and I look forward for a better improvement.
