How I got to know about Steemit

I first go to know about Steemit from my friend. We were walking home and he mentioned it. I asked him to explain more about it to me. He said it was a platform where he wrote and shared great content while earning some income in the process. I loved it immediately. I was excited about the idea that I could share my best content and earn money doing it. As soon as I got home, I did some more research on Steemit and I decided I was going to join.

Why I decided to joined steemit

As a student, I need extra money to settle some of my bills and take care of other things that would require money. I was really looking out for something legitimate that would satisfy these needs of mine. When my friend, told me about Steemit on our walk home that faithful day, I knew it was the answer to what I've been looking for.
I love creativity. I love thinking and being creative. It decided to join Steemit because it is an opportunity for me to freely express my creativity and put my writing skills to work, as well as earn legitimate income. It was the perfect platform. I was very excited about Steemit and what it promised, so I joined.

How Steemit changed my life for the better

Steemit has indeed done great things for me. I mentioned earlier that I needed a source of income as a student. Steemit has been answer. Steemit has helped me settle most of my school bills. I have been able to buy expensive textbooks I really needed. I have been able to pay my school rent thanks to Steemit. I have also been able to pay several fees for school that I would ordinarily struggle to pay.

In addition, I have seen how steemit has transformed the lives of some friends of mine I invited to join the platform. It gives me joy whenever I think about how far they've gone from struggling to get by to being able earn money for themselves.

Furthermore, I have also donated some of the money I earned from Steemit to those who cannot afford something as basic as food to eat.
Through steemit I have learnt a lot. I learnt about crypto and how blockchain works. I've learnt that making original content is always the best and plagiarism is never a good thing.

In conclusion, joining Steemit is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I believe Steemit will keep getting to higher heights and touch the lives of many more people.
