"How I Make Money From Home"
Hello everyone in Steem Entrepreneurs community. I hope you're all doing well and my publication meets you well. Today, I'm here for this wonderful contest on Making money from home by @harferri.
I must say, asides dressing up every morning and stepping out to a white collar job, some people just sit at the comfort of their home and make money, no matter how little. Our economy has made it possible for people to think outside sourcing for white collar jobs. As long as you're consistence and know your target market, you're good to go.
Though it is good to have a business, one needs to understand the pros and cons of a business before embarking on one. My own home small businesses are peanut, buns, egg roll and doughnut. I just stay at the comfort of my home, make it and send it out to my customers.
For peanut, the items I require are;
- Groundnut
- All purpose flour
- Egg
- Salt & sugar
- Baking powder
- Nutmeg
- Milk flavour
- Groundnut oil
- Dissolved butter
The prices of these items fluctuate on the high side because of the recent economy.
What I do is, I mix all dry ingredients aside and mix the wet ingredients aside. I use a bowl and put my groundnut. When I add small dry ingredient, I add wet ingredients and shake even till it gets to my desired round shape. And what I do next, is fry it in my oil.
Tricks that have helped me achieve financial success.
From this business, the trick is that when I'm packaging it, I add some sweet before sealing it with my sealing machine. Now the sweet is what attracts people a lot. While others sell just plain peanut, mine comes with sweet for the same price.
You can improvise with anything you feel with catch the eyes and draw appetites to it. It's really a yummy snack.
All photos are taken originally from my phone.
I would like to invite @josepha, @blessedlife and @zory23 to join this contest. Thank you.
You are doing well, but it would have been so nice if you had added more details to your post.
I'll do better next time. Thanks for the comment.
Many thanks to the Steem Entrepreneurs community users who shared the original posts. We hope your contributions continue to inspire and strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit in our community.
