Promoting Fried chicken and yam along street of ubeji warri
Due to inflation, prices of foodstuffs has gone high and this locally made road side chicken and yam has been of help for those people who can't afford to buy tubers of yam and full chicken too. And most of the time young men find it difficult to cook at night, they feel very lazy so they just need fast food they can buy, especially those that are working at night they really need something that is lit and quite affordable, so they will just buy those locally made hausa yam and chicken, I called it hausa yam because it's mostly done by hausa popularly called aboki (My Friend).
Am promoting this street food because it's save alot of stress from the people who can't afford to get their own chicken at that point when they feel like eating it but just hopup to this locally made own.
How they prepare it:-
They peel the yam into several flat shape, like plenty tubers of yam, thats where there's stress but lot of profit from it.
After that they will rinse and boil for a while and break crate of egg on a bowl, then rub the yam on the egg adding salt and fry it with groundnut oil.
The chicken is been rub by the egg too with seasoning and fried too with groundnut oil.
Before I could snap those pictures I had to beg the man because it's already dark, around 6:30pm in the evening 17th march 2022 and I don't really have good camera, just take a look at how the environment is, but young men and young lady don't really care about that.

I like when young men hustle to met earns and am not against it but I must confess sometimes I don't always like the environment of those hausa men who use to fried the chicken and yam, some of them are not presentable and make it unhygienic for someone,so I will advise that young woman out there looking for quick work to do in your street you can start this and I believe it will be presentable.
Fried egg yam and fried egg chicken is very sweet with those pepper on it I must confess, this business is very common alot most street in warri and very affordable.
I believe with this have been able to pass a message on promoting Fried chicken and yam using egg and how our environment need to be tidy in doing our business too inorder to attract more customers thank you.
