Thediarygame (July 14, 2024): I hope my wife can be a great and independent woman when I'm gone.

Someday when I'm gone, I'm sure she'll be able to support my family and raise my children with her business. I hope so, because no one knows the time of death can come at any time.

🍰 Helping my wife sell cakes

This morning was the same as the previous Sunday morning, I helped my wife sell cakes at the Sunday Festival.

To be honest, I felt bored and tired with selling activities, maybe because I don't have an interest in trading, because I have to wait for buyers to come. But I still have to support whatever my wife does.

Lifting tables, lifting boxes, and preparing goods are very light help to do, but waiting from morning to noon selling in this place is what makes me very bored.

I remain patient in helping my wife seek sustenance, please note that all the income earned from selling this cake is not the least bit I enjoy, it fully belongs to my wife.

Although selling this feels boring but I am happy because I can train my wife to be more independent, I once thought what if someday I am gone?

Someday when I'm gone I'm sure she can support the family and raise my children with the business she does. I hope so, because time never knows.

So I started helping her by folding the small boxes that were in front of me, then I arranged some cake mats, in one box there should be six mats. After doing all the activities I just sat and waited until all the merchandise ran out, that was my activity from morning to noon.

After we finished selling, we recorded all of today's sales, the value of which reached IDR 380,000. Alhamdulillah, we are very grateful for the sustenance that Allah has given us.

🏋️‍♂️ Exercise to burn belly fat

During the day I did a little exercise at home using a simple device, which can be used to push the body forward and return it automatically to its original position.

I exercised for 15 minutes and it had quite an impact on my stomach, I started sweating profusely. After a while my stomach started to ache and hurt.

I'm sure this is a negative effect after doing this little exercise, being on this tool for a while makes the pressure on the abdomen feel heavier and I really believe this can burn fat in the abdomen.

However, when I was busy exercising, the intruders started to come, Uzair, my nephew, started to interfere by climbing on top of my back, I kept moving this tool back and forth so that Uzair who was on top felt happy.

He thought of me as his toy horse, Uzair's smiling face looked very happy, he also jumped up and down when he was on my back.

However, this gave him a new challenge as he was getting more pressure and weight when doing this small sport activity.

Uzair was also amazed to see me while doing the exercise position, occasionally stroking my head so that I could pay attention to him.

🍟 Snacks with wife

In the evening I invited my wife to eat a light snack called crepes and also various puddings, we chose to sit in this place because we started to feel bored if we spent time at home alone.

These crepes have the same outer skin as crackers, but the dough contains flour, milk and other ingredients that make it more delicious.

I ordered the chocolate flavored one, while my wife ordered the one with vegetables, meat and eggs. While enjoying the food we chatted about various important things together.

After finishing the meal I paid the total cost of Rp. 32,000, and then my wife and I spent time walking around the city.

After my wife and I no longer knew the direction and destination we wanted to go, we then immediately returned home and rested.
