Steemit Engagement Challenge S9W2 - The value of water in life is immense.
প্রথমে সালাম জানাই আমার সকল স্টিমিয়ান বন্ধুদের আসসালামু আলাইকুম। কেমন আছেন আপনারা সবাই? আমি আশা করি আপনারা প্রত্যেকের ভাল আছেন এবং আমিও আল্লাহর রহমতে ও আপনাদের সকলের দোয়ায় ভাল আছি। আজ আমি আপনাদের মাঝে দ্বিতীয় সপ্তাহের ব্যস্ততা চ্যালেঞ্জে অংশগ্রহণ করতে যাচ্ছি এবং আজকের ব্যস্ততা চ্যালেঞ্জ এর বিষয় পানি নিয়ে। আমি বেশ আনন্দিত পানি নিয়ে এমন চমৎকার ব্যস্ততা চ্যালেঞ্জ এর আয়োজন করার জন্য এবং এখন আমি আজকের বিষয় পানি নিয়ে ব্যস্ততা চ্যালেঞ্জ এ আমার পোস্ট উপস্থাপন করতেছি।
পানির অপর নাম জীবন এই কথাটি আমি যথার্থ মনে করি কেননা আমাদের শরীরের দুই-তৃতীয়াংশ পানি। সুস্থ থাকতে এবং রোগ প্রতিরোধ করতে প্রয়োজন পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণ পানি এবং সারাদিন আমরা নানা ধরনের খাবার খাই আর এই খাবারগুলোর মধ্যে একমাত্র পানিই চর্বি, শর্করা ও চিনিমুক্ত। আমাদের শরীরের অভ্যন্তরীণ অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গগুলোর ঠিকভাবে কর্মসম্পাদনের জন্য প্রয়োজন পানি। তাছাড়া মানব জীবনে সুস্থ থাকতে হলে বিশুদ্ধ খাবার পানির কোনো বিকল্প নেই যেজন্য কেবল মানুষই নয় প্রাণীকূলের স্বাভাবিক জীবনের জন্যও পানি প্রয়োজন। আদিকাল থেকেই বিশুদ্ধ খাবার পানি সংগ্রহ করার জন্য মানুষের সংগ্রাম করতে হয়েছে এবং সুস্থ জীবনের জন্য বিশুদ্ধ খাবার পানির সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করাই বড় চ্যালেঞ্জ। সুস্থভাবে বেঁচে থাকার জন্য এবং দেহের কোষকে সঠিকভাবে কাজ করার জন্য আমাদের প্রতিদিন প্রচুর পানি পান করা উচিত এবং পানি পানের ক্ষেত্রে একজন মানুষের শরীরের ওজন যত পাউন্ড, দৈনিক তার অর্ধেক আউন্স পানি পান করা উচিত। কারো ওজন যদি ১৫০ পাউন্ড হয় তাহলে তাকে দৈনিক ১৫০ এর অর্ধেক ৭৫ আউন্স পানি পান করতে হবে। এক গ্লাস পানি সমান ৮ আউন্স যার ফলে ১৫০ পাউন্ড ওজনের ব্যক্তির দৈনিক সর্বনিম্ন ৮ থেকে ১০ গ্লাস পানি পান করতে হবে। মানুষের দেহের প্রতিটি অংশজুড়েই রয়েছে পানি- রক্তে ৮২ ভাগ, ফুসফুসে ৯০ ভাগ, মস্তিষ্কে প্রায় ৯৫ ভাগ অংশেই পানি থাকে যেজন্য আমাদের জীবনে পানির গুরুত্ব অপরিসীম।
আমি আগেও বলেছি পানির অপর নাম জীবন এবং পৃথিবীতে কোনো জীবই পানি ছাড়া বাঁচতে পারে না। কেননা মানুষ কিংবা পশুপাখি যখন তৃষ্ণার্ত হয়ে পড়ে তখন তারা একফোটা পানির জন্য সংগ্রাম শুরু করে কেননা ঐ একফোটা পানিই পারে একটি জীবের জীবন বাঁচাতে। মরুভূমিতে গেলে বা গরমের মধ্যে মুসলমান ধর্মের মানুষেরা যে রোজা থাকে এসকল পরিস্থিতির মধ্যে থাকলে বুঝা যায় একফোঁটা পানি একটি জীবের জন্য কতটা জরুরী। পৃথিবীর প্রতিটা জীব তার দেহের কার্যপরিচালনা করে যে খাদ্যের মাধ্যমে সেই খাদ্যের মধ্যে পানি সবচেয়ে বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। প্রচন্ড রোদে যখন ফসলি জমিতে খরা শুরু হয় তখনই বোঝা যায় একফোটা পানির মূল্য। মানুবদেহ পরিচালনা কিংবা জীবের জীবন রক্ষার্থে একফোঁটা পানি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে।
মূলত আমি বসবাস করি বাংলাদেশের দক্ষিণাঞ্চল খুলনা জেলায় এবং এখানে খুলনা একটি বিভাগীয় শহর। আমার গ্রামের নাম শিরোমণি যেখানে বিশুদ্ধ পানির উৎস গভীর নলকূপ। আমাদের গ্রামের গড়ে প্রতি ১০ বাড়ি পরপর একটি বিশুদ্ধ পানির উৎস গভীর নলকূপ এবং আমরা গ্রামবাসীরা এসকল গভীর নলকূপ থেকে বিশুদ্ধ, সুপেয় ও মিঠা পানি সংগ্রহ করি। বিশুদ্ধ পানির জন্য প্রতিটি গভীর নলকূপ ভুপৃষ্ঠের ১৫০০-২১০০ ফিট গভীরে পাইপ স্থাপন করা হয়েছে যেখান থেকে বিশুদ্ধ পানি উত্তোলন করা হয়। তাছাড়া বাংলাদেশ মৌসুমী জলবায়ুর দেশ এবং প্রতিবছর গ্রীষ্ম এবং বর্ষা মৌসুমে বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন স্থানে বৃষ্টিপাত হয় যা বিশুদ্ধ পানির আরও একটি উৎস। কাজেই বলা যায় এসকল গভীর নলকূপ আমাদের গ্রামের বিশুদ্ধ পানির চাহিদা বেশ ভালোভাবেই পূরণ করে যা আমাদের জন্য বেশ উপকারী বলা যায়।

পানি প্রতিটি প্রাণী এবং জীবের জীবন বাঁচায়। তবে দূষিত পানি মানুষের মূল্যবান জীবন কেড়ে নিতে পারে। নদী, খাল, বিল ইত্যাদি জলাশয়ের পানি না ফুটিয়ে কিংবা দূষিত অবস্থায় পান করলে এতে মানুষের জীবনের ঝুকি থাকে। তাই সর্বদা বিশুদ্ধ পানি পান করে আমরা সুস্বাস্থ্য বজায় রাখতে পারি।

I am very happy and glad that you know very deeply the importance of the water as you have covered all the questions in a very beautiful way and I really like your some words which is looking like a phrase and it is; Water is another name of life
Water is the necessity of life as we have also learn a story in our childhood which was about the crop who was very thirsty and wants to drink the water And the moral of this story was necessity is the mother of invention. This story comes into my mind when I hear your some words in which you have said that what it is not only essential for the survival of the human beings it is also essential for the survival of the birds and animals and if we collectively say all the things in one word then it is essential for the survival for the existence of life either it is the life of human being either is the life of plants or other it is a life of animals and birds all living things need water for their survival
It's good to know from you that you live in Bangladesh but I don't know about this village because in a country there are several villages and we cannot have an idea about each and every village but it's a good thing to know for me that you also have a availability of clean water in your area and you are one of the luckiest people which can drink clean water.
