Therefore, having said all this, my impressions about him in this role is only positive. We finally have a new face in such role and once again I can assure he is one of the most talents and honest person I never met, thus Ale deserves to be Country Representative and keep growing.

It's good knowing Ale was born with an anomaly in his limbs, both of them are affected and nevertheless he has a pretty normal life. He works,he goes to the university,he has friends, he goes for fun, etcetera. He is a good references for me, because if he can do whatever he propose to do, then I also can do, and even so most of the time I feel uncapable (yes, I am such silly person). He is a reference to get inspirance from my point of view, and I believe anyone around him can feel the same.

He is an excellent development programmer, and of top of that he is learning another abilities and skills like graphic designer. Can you imagine doing such things only with your mouth?- I believe I can't do it even with my hands.

Beside this, lets talk about his performance in the platform: Ale helps everyone and anyone around the platform (no matter how, what or when). And most important he doesn't take advantage of his position to make profit, or help any close to him 😊.

Over all, I really hope they work for the common good and not only the their own good. I really expect for the next round to see new faces. All the time are the same ones, doing the same without a significative change for the platform. Most of us are tired of this situation. Most of them instead of helping us (mortal users), only support and applaud the things that harm us. Therefore, they don't represent me.
