ECONOMIC DAIRY GAME: BUYING ITEMS IN A LOCAL MARKET|| 10-07-2024
It is another day that I went shopping in the local market after my closure from work. My going to the market is usually brief as I usually go to the market at least twice a week to buy a few things from the market which are mostly perishable items.
I left my house for the market, and the first place that I went to in the market, was the shop of my customer. Reaching at my customer store I then bought the items that I needed from his store before I proceeded to other places and bought the other items on my shopping list.
At my customer store, I bought the following items such as rice, Garri, spaghetti, tomato, and egg and made a payment of ₦8000 which is equivalent to 40 STEEM into his account. After paying for the items that I bought from my customer, I then left his store and went and bought fresh pepper and onion.
Pepper and onion are now very scarce in Nigeria and you cannot think of using ₦500 worth of pepper to cook it if you are the type that likes eating. However, as for me, I don't like eating food with pepper much wish I only bought pepper worth ₦400 which is equivalent to 1.4 STEEM.
From purchasing pepper, I then went and purchased meat from the busher's house. The meat looked so fresh but behalf it was too costly I only bought the meat worth ₦1,500 which is equivalent to 5.4 STEEM.
It was after making payment for the meat that I bought, that I left the market to my apartment.
