Artificial intelligence, AI, is the ability of a computer or machine to perform tasks commonly done by intelligent humans. These computers or machines are controlled to do specific task like writing of codes, answering general questions, trying to understand a particular emotions of a human. Most times this machines are program to think intelligently and also emotionally like humans.

Examples of Artificial intelligence are;
Deep Learning, Speech recognition, chatbot, Google assistant, virtual assistant, etc.
In the course of the post, ChatGPT will be focused on, which is an artificial intelligence chatbot.

ChatGpt was launched by openAi in November 2022. The full meaning of chatGPT is chat generative pre-trained transformer and it offers a wide area of answers for any question one could think of. It is a very good learning chatbot, because of its accuracy, in-depth knowledge from different sources from webs, articles and papers. ChatGpt could be the new generation of artificial intelligence.

But the use of chatGPT can be abused, content writers tend to use this bot to create content. This bot is for machine learning and offers what Google offers but in a more precised and accurate way.
The use of this bot should be for Learning and not for creating content and especially on steemit.

The first time I heard of chatGPT, I was a little astounded and surprised. I was eager to use this chatbot to learn more things. I Wanted to see the edge it gives the conventional search engine. It was actually cool to see how precised, detailed this bot is. I use chatGPT as a learning machine and not to use in content creation. I believe that content creation should be done originally by its writer and not helped by a machine.

For every creation, there are always positive and negative impacts. These impacts should not be overlooked, as it will create the standards for the use of this bot.

The positive impacts of Artificial intelligence especially chatGPT are;

1. Accurate information; There are somethings you will need to learn as a content creator, especially topics that are not in your field, chatGPT provides an accurate information to what you will need to learn to help in a research or study. But is very important that a content creator doesn't copy this information for content in steemit.

1. It is fast and quick; whilst also giving out accurate information, chatGPT is very fast and quick, it is capable to give a wide area of information on a particular question in seconds.

1. It can also help a writer to improve their writing skills. The detailed information on this chatbot can help a writer on how to create content accordingly in a pattern that will keep readers glued or fascinated.

The positives in this Artificial intelligence, might outweigh the negatives, but that doesn't mean there are no negative impacts of chatGPT.

The following are negative impacts of chatGPT

1. Originality in the content; writers on steemit who chooses to use chatGPT will certainly want to copy the information given out as content. And this is practically wrong on the steemit platform. As it would lead to plagiarism most times.

2. Over Relying on chatGPT: As a content writer, it will be apparently very difficult not to use chatGPT everytime, as you will see it as the easier route to use.
   I hope this Learning machine is put into good use and not abused by content curators on the steemit platform.
