Steemit Engagement Challenge S9W5 : Are you ready to become an entrepreneur ?

Entrepreneurs are great people that are always willing and ready to take the move. I love this week's engagement challenge topic brought by the Steem Entrepreneur Team.

To have an Entrepreneurship skill is very necessary, and almost everyone should have this skill in order to solve many business related issue, and make investments which will one day be of good to him.

I am very much interested in becoming an entrepreneur. Looking at our tertiary-institution here, they made Entrepreneurship studies important to all students in some levels, because they know how important it is to have this Entrepreneurship skill. I am motivated by so many people around me and also far away from me, looking at the masses, they've made no chance for excuse of not making it in life. Looking from top, looking at Bills Gate one of the richest men in the world, he didn't bring in any excuse of not being educated to top level, but he fought her knowing that be wants to succeed. Also Elon musk, the owner of Twitter now, he failed in many aspects but he has never given up, till he has achieved many things. Many people are born with the entrepreneurs skill, a lady in my area started selling groundnuts in a bucket, but after months, she's now selling in bags and in a large warehouse. All these people have motivated me in many areas to know more about the qualities of an entrepreneur, which are;

• You have no excuse to achieving greatly.
• Never give up
• you can start from the little

An entrepreneur possess many qualities, and i would love to share a few.

• Risk taking ability
  An entrepreneur is a risk taker, he takes this bold step inorder to achieve success, and he achieves it.

• Creativity
  An entrepreneur is always creative and ready to come up with something new and he never disappoints.

• Good communication skills
  To be able to communicate meaningful with customers and workers, an entrepreneur must have a good communication skill and should know the manner of approach, when meeting and talking to customers and employees.

• Management skills
  An entrepreneur should have these skills, to be able to manage plan and meet targets. And also know when he is running a loss.

• Leadership skill
  An entrepreneur should be able to lead and also ready to do so, and should be social and good to work with/for.

Looking into many businesses around, I have noticed that many things are being done and also brought up. Since no one can neglect eating food daily, I would love to get into the foodstuffs business, because I am sure of sales, and I won't be a normal common provision of these foodstuffs, I would bring in large stocks.
I would sell many stuffs in bulk, having a yam section with plenty yams to chose from, fish, onions and so on, that one can make a pot of soup buying from my shop, giving the customer all the option needed to buy. And also knowing the area I am going in to get a shop and it has to be a populated area, a city indeed, it is very necessary to take note of these before venturing into a business. And my level of communication with customers will determine if they will come back to patronise me, and yes they will. And based on management, I should know properly goods that can't stay fresh for some time, I will get it based on the sales I get, in order to minimize wastage.

My area is filled with many great minds and entrepreneurs in the making, everyone wants to succeed and no one wants to fail in live, so they all push forward and work harder each day to achieve a goal. But then there's a lady who has tried alot to make it, but based on many sellers an less buyers, she wasn't able to sell the clothes she had, but she thought for a while, people in our area loves groundnuts and she ventured into selling it in small quantity. she started growing an earning a lot of profit. Thoughts ran in, and it came to her that they and these mini sellers get to far distances to buy these groundnut, Sha if she sells it in bags here, with hundreds of mini sellers always at a haste to buy. She ventured into selling in bags and it has given her alot of profit, to have other sources of income. It shows that we should never give up, and also use our entrepreneurship skill to know what's lacking in terms of business in our area and maximise of thoughts and take risks.
