Saturday, October 16, 2021 – The Steem Kindness Team and members of the Steem Entrepreneurs Community headed to the house of one of the micro entrepreneurs in the village of Baro Kg. Syamtalira Bayu District, North Aceh Regency handed over business equipment assistance to Mahnidar. Previously, @harferri and @subkiusman had conducted a survey and feasibility of Mahnidar micro-business as a beneficiary of the business development-based community empowerment program (Economic Empowerment).

Beneficiary Criteria

1. Have a micro business and have been active for at least 3 years
2. Poor households
3. Having children and currently taking formal education
4. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on business
5. Never received assistance from the government or non-government institutions.

Program objectives:

1. Helping micro business actors to develop, especially in difficult times due to the corona pandemic.
2. Improving the economy of poor households.
3. Guaranteed children's education
4. Promo Steem through society and economic empowerment activities

Steem Kindness for Better Life provides 3 main types of equipment that Mahnidar needs for business development :

1. Bread Mixer, Donut Mixer
2. Electric Oven
3. Gas Stove 1 Furnace Rinai

The procurement of these three types of equipment is due to the urgent need for business development. The availability of the equipment is intended so that Mahnidar is able to increase the quantity and quality of products (wet and dry cakes). Steem Kindness also provides ingredients for cake making.

The quality control team is checking the completeness and function of each type of things handed over to the beneficiaries and attaching a Steem Kindness sticker.

Business Assistance :

The Steem Kindness for Better Life team also provides Business Assistance for three full months to monitor and assist Mahnidar business development.

• Branding
  Previously, Mahnidar business did not yet have a business name, even though a business name is an important element because it functions as a business identity and makes it easier for consumers to distinguish products belonging to other businesses.

• Packaging
  The Steem Kindness team will help Mahnidar to package his products properly. Packaging is a medium of communication between products and consumers.

• Marketing
  The Steem Kindness team will help to promote the products of this venture through the Steem Entrepreneurs community page. The team will also guide how to use social media such as Facebook, Instagram and other social media to promote products.

The initial stage of Steem Kindness has made a banner for Mahnidar as the name of his business, namely "CEK DAR"
