Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you, hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also fine by the grace of Allah. So today I am going to share with you a square fish dry roast recipe. Everyone likes more or less dry food. Shutki's Roasted Shutki Bharta With All Vegetables Shutki Curry is delicious. Many people don't like it. But only those of us who eat know how fun it is. Hope everyone likes it then let's check it out.

Step:—01

First, I took a square of dried fish weighing about 200 grams.

After that, I removed the skin and fibers of the dried mushrooms and cleaned them well with hot water. The smell remains if you do not wash it with hot water.

After that I cut the onion into small pieces and took a few slices of ginger and a few cloves of garlic. Then I crushed some red chillies and cumin seeds.

Now lightly fry the onion slices with oil in a pan and add the battered ginger garlic and whole cumin seeds.

Step:—05

Then mix the spices well and add coriander powder, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Roast all the spices well and boil the spices with a little water.

Step:—06

When the water is dry, after extracting the masala oil, I gave the cleaned dried fruits.

Step:—07

I took a good milliliter of dry beans and added enough water to boil them.

Step:—08
