Tengra Fish Broth Recipe With Potal || 5 May 2024

First I took 250 grams of tengra fish and took the fish out of the fridge and melted the ice. Then I took about 400 grams of potal.
Wash and clean the fish well with salt and cut the gills and clean them.
Then heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onions.
Chopped a few slices of ginger and a garlic and some green chillies.
Lightly fry the onions in oil and add ginger garlic and raw chilli batter.
Then I mixed them together and added chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to taste. Then grind all the spices well and add a little water to boil the spices.
After the water is dry, I gently grind the cleaned tengra fish and add enough water.
After the broth dried up, I took the fish in a bowl.
I put the pattals in the fish spices and then add water to boil them well.
After drying the water, I saw that it was boiling, so I put the roasted fish in the pot. And I gave a little water for the broth.
After cooking, sprinkle garam masala powder and take it down. This is how I finished cooking.
