Assalamu Alaikum to all, how are you, I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also very well by the grace of Allah.
Today I am going to share with you fish charchari with potatoes. I cooked it in a very simple way. The village cuisines are very common and we are going to present them to you. I will share today's fresh fish charchari from the river with you. The river is next to our village so fresh fish is always available. There is no comparison with the small fish of the river Frying with everything is a lot of fun. You all eat. Everyone knows how fun these fish are. So I won't say much, take a look at the recipe.
First cut and clean the fish and clean the potatoes.
Then I chopped onions, green chillies and a garlic.
After that I put the potatoes in the pan, then add chopped onions, green chillies and crushed garlic and add turmeric salt and masala powder on top of it.
Then spread it with the help of hand with the amount of oil.
Then I put the washed chela fish on the potato and again spread it with my hands and add enough water and put it in the pan to cook in the oven.
After mixing the curry well, when the water dries up, take down the pan and finish cooking.
