SEC-S9W1 - Nearer to the Steem Representative - @radjasalman and @anroja

Hello steemit friends wherever you are, how are you all? This time I'm back to participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge - S9W1 contest with the theme "Nearer to the Steem Representative" on the Steem Entrepreneurs community.

Steemit is a blockchain-based social platform that is used by users from various countries. In Steemit there are many extraordinary people who are committed to the progress of this platform. Talking about great people in the steemit world, until now I know some great people who have an important role in the development of steemit. The Steemit platform is not just an ordinary social media that only shares content and there are many interesting things in the Steemit community. I know that in Steemit there is a steem representative in each country representative (CR).

But some time ago all country representatives were replaced with Steem Representatives (SR). Steem representatives are not only tied to certain countries and steemit has opened opportunities for all stemians to apply as steem representatives. From Indonesia itself, 4 Steem Representatives have been elected, namely @anroja, @radjasalman, @irawandedy, and @nadiaturrina.

As Steem Representatives they have great responsibility and hope for the progress of steemit. The purpose of forming SR apart from being a liaison for Steem Representatives, they also play a role in advancing the Steem ecosystem so that it is better in the future. It is great hope that the existence of a steem representative will become a guide and gateway to steemit for new and old users to be able to work together with other users around the world.

The four steem representatives in Indonesia, I believe they are names that have been proven to work and have a commitment and are also consistent for the growth of Steem. So that they are worthy as representatives of steem and can be an example for all steemit users to be creative and consistent steemians in producing quality content. Of the four Indonesian steem representatives, I personally only know two of them namely @radjasalman and @anroja. While the other two I don't know directly and only know from their posts.

For the Steem Representative, @radjasalman, I have known this figure in the real world long before being active in steemit. Coincidentally we have the same profession and in the same city. We are often involved in activities as a teacher so we have a close relationship. Radjasalman also managed to convince me to rejoin steemit after almost three years of inactivity. On the steemit platform Radjasalman is the best example as a Steem Representative.

I see Radjasalman showing such a strong commitment to continue advancing Steemit and Steem in Indonesia. The way he communicates and informs and introduces the Steemit Team's various policies makes it easily accepted by all circles, especially new users. So that many new steemit users join and succeed. Radjasalman is also very active in various charity activities and this makes steem further known by the public.

Another steem representative that I know directly is @anroja. I have known anroja since rejoining the steemit platform and until now I still continue to communicate and learn with anroja. I learned a lot of knowledge about steemit with anroja because he is very open and always responds to every problem a steemian faces. Even though I only met in person a few times, I feel very close to Anroja. His commitment to the progress of steemit and other steemians makes me very motivated and adds enthusiasm to succeed on the steemit platform. I can also see him always embracing every new user who wants to join steemit.

The Steem representative in the form definitely has the hopes and goals that many users desire. Steem representatives are also expected to be able to share knowledge with steemians. In addition, the Steem Representative is expected to have an effect on the growth of the Ecosystem. Conducting various meetings directly with the steemians might be an effective way to foster the enthusiasm of other users in creating and publishing good content.
