I never did that. I've been an active contributor on the Steem platform since before the "Achievements1" was introduced. The closest that I have to something similar wasn't even in my first year.

It's not necessary for me to join the community, I am happy to putter away in my own corner. After all, I used to teach Entrepreneurship for the Canadian government in the 90s.
I was more interested in if anyone in your group had any ideas or heard about anyone using Steem as an crowdinvestment platform.
