Steemit Engagement Challenge S9W6 : Hard Work or Smart Work ?
[Design from canva]
Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I always enjoy being a member of the Steem Entrepreneurs Community because they create fantastic challenges.
I think both smart work and hard work are necessary to complete a task successfully and effectively; therefore, the key difference between the two is that hard work entails exerting a lot of time and energy into a task or goal. Smart work, on the other hand, involves using knowledge and skills to complete a task effectively and efficiently.
And exerting oneself for long hours in order to complete a task or tasks is also considered hard work.
Finding practical and efficient ways to carry out a single or a number of tasks while controlling both the quantity and the quality of your work is what smart work entails.
The core principles of smart work are divided into two categories: who is the best person to perform a task, when is the optimum time to perform it, and what obstacles we may expect to face.
So the difference is clearly.
Given that everyone exerts effort to complete their tasks and so contributes to success, both hard work and Smart work are critical to productivity.
If the physical effort is carried out wisely, it is necessary to consider intelligence when working hard in order to reach higher levels of productivity.
Indeed I really do matter the both in my work exercises and I have been constantly described by inclining more towards the logical and not the physical, or at least, I like more those exercises that require the utilization of mental capacities and not actual strength.
For example, I really do design my everyday exercises pretty well for others not to commit errors. I utilize the most recent and most trend setting innovation in doing my everyday exercises in my work environment to make work more viable and useful. I invest a great deal of energy at work so I can meet my everyday objective.
I want to appreciate the Steemit team for their hard work in coming up with a fascinating topic every week and for their encouragement of contestants. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to them for their perseverance and labour of love. And because the Steemit platform is here to stay, I pray that God would give them greater insight to create new competitions.
