Steemit Engagement Challenge S9W6: Work hard or work smart?
Before i share my views about the topic i would like to invite my dear friends @ashkhan, @m-fdo, @suboohi, @shanza1 and @iqrarana786 to take part in the challenge Work hard or work smart
| Explain the difference between hard work and smart work according to your understanding. |

In my point of view hard work referred to putting in multiple hours for accomplishing certain task or work. While through smart work many tasks can be achieved with time management and hence better quality is attained.
So, if i see normal life we more rely on hard work or consistency as compared to smart work. We may prefer to spend multiple hours in completing certain tasks as compared to think smartly to do smart work.

Well!!! In my life both are moving with me, but i don't why i preferred to work hard as compared to smart work except in my kitchen work i always work smartly there.
However, generally i do like hard work because i became more passionate and silently achieve my tasks; although it takes alot of time.

I guess i applied both in my daily life, in my work place i always like to work hard so that i can get better results and chance of mistakes would be less, i thought through smart play i can do work quickly but chance of mistakes are there in my view.
While in my home tasks when i am alone i always do smart work so that quality and quantity can be obtained in spending less time as i have to take care of my baby too so work smartly helped me alot in completing my home tasks and kitchen work.

Its immense pleasure for me to work on steemit i found it ever best. While talking about the steemit team i must salute all members for putting great efforts to help and support new commers and old members to reach a height of success.
I must mention @ashkhan who is always there to help me although she had tough study routine despite of all she always picked my call and reply me on time whenever i felt difficulty. Its the learning process and i feel good while i improved myself.
Its efforts of steemit team steem is growing speedly and in coming days it would be grow more and more.
Conclusion
In life both smart work and hard work exist but depending upon the situations and proper mental approach how we want to avail the opportunity. Some people prefer to work hard while other rely on smart work so that more results can be achieved in less time efficiently.

Yeah absolutely right
the way you explain the two definitions is very easy to understand, and of course I also carry out the two definitions of these words in my daily activities especially when I'm working.
My job as an internet technician makes me have to do these two words when I'm doing work, starting from checking using knowledge and expertise in that field, and also requires extra energy in making repairs when climbing a tower.

I agree with you that in.normal life we mostly do hard work activities. And only in certain situations do we do smart work.
But in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, smart work is indeed more beneficial.
