Hello everyone I hope you are all ok and enjoy the good life by the grace of Allah Almighty I am here for participate in the amazing engagement challenge which organised by the Steem Entrepreneurs the name of this challenge is Nearer to the Steem Representative so let's start:

Steemit team has announced the program of steam representative that support the steemians as well as work for the development of the platform there are many Steem representatives that are elected from different countries and are performing their duties accurately. All are working great and contributing in the development of the platform I will talk about one of my favourite representative that is @radjasalman.

Your impressions with them

I am inspired by his working and contribution for the development of the platform he belongs to the Indonesia. He also guides the in your comments and his work is inspiring to me. To encourage the users and for their interaction he is performing many initiative works instead of the Steem only.

These initiative works are very useful for the people living there as well as for also attract the more user to join the Steemit Family. He is also actively contributing on the platform by his innovative ideas and guidance to the other Steemians.He is also working accurately in the different communities and in one hot News community I am also working with them.

Also write positive things that inspire you from it

He is the person with many good qualities I impressed by talking with him.There are many positive things that inspires me .

• His way of guidance and intreacting with other user is really good and he is always ready to guide the newcommers.

• He is also actively participating in the new initiative programms on the Steemit Platform and interacting with the users.

• Along with the interaction or punctuality in working he is also managing many programms to help the needy persons that interact more users on the platform.

So these are some qualities that inspires me and I like his contribution ,punctuality, quality work and leadership qualities on the platform or as well as in the real world.

Have you ever met in person or just communicated via Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram or something else

In real world I have never met with the person beacause he belongs to the indonesia that is away from is , but I have communicated through the group of Hot news Community on Discord Where I am also added as the moderator. He also guides about the work and how can we contribute for the growth of the community.Some days ago he also welcomed me in his community that I really like.

However we did not talk directly in but in the group I learnt a lot of things from him and it is a great opportunity for me to work with them.

What are your hopes for the elected Steem representatives

All the representatives that are elected are very hard working and passionate that actually participate in the development of the Steemit platform. I am very hopeful that they work together for the growth and take the Steem up.

I hope that all the representatives that are passionately working for the platform will keep up there work and guide the newcommers and initiates the new programms for the platforms growth and interaction of the users to build a vast family of Steem.I hope that we all will aslo work with them for the growth.
