Steemit Engagement Challenge S9W6 : Hard Work or Smart Work ?

Hello and welcome to my blog for today, hope all is really working out well, it is really a great day and that's why I would love to participate in this awesome engagement challenge. I can start by saying that both hard work and smart work are all important in our day to day life, but I will start by sharing with you some little difference between hard work and smart work.

Hard work

Hard work on its own, can be seen as a process of putting in long hours to complete a particular task.

In order words, I can say that hardwork focuses on the quantity and quality, working really hard may make us get tired easily, but I can say that the result is very vital and sweet because you have applied so much time and you therefore make no mistakes.

Smart work

While smart work can be seen or defined as the ability to execute to more works effectively by controlling both time and quality.

In order words, I can say that smart work the ability or process of reaching the desired goals with just some space of time without even putting too many efforts. A smart working person always finds alternative or shortcuts to make his or her work earsier and faster.

Hardwork or soft work, which do you think is better for booasting productivity

Smart work is really the best weapon and took to booast our productivity compared to the number of people here on earth and they need things we produce for the satisfaction of their needs and wants. Just like in a sachet water producing company, they need smart machineries and msary works to make the work earsier and faster, but when everything is done the hard way, the company might not grow rapidly and people will look at it as a local company and therefore channel their resources to other alternatives.

But in a situation where the company has all the smart machines to make work easier and faster, the workers will not really suffer to produce water and distribute to the people leaving around, I will conclude by saying that smart work is the main key to every enterprise success, without smart and newly invented technology machines, things would be very hard and also labour would be much.

Yes, I apply both of them during my work, for we normally I used to be a tailor, and there is this area where we apply hard work and also there are areas where we apply smart work, and I will explain them all to you.

When it comes to cutting the materials for the clothing, it takes us some little bit of time, reason is because we use hard tool called the scissors to cut the materials, but when it comes to sowing the clothes, we do it the smart way by easily using an electric machine so as to make work very easy and simple for us all.

It is never a little task to unite many people from different parts of the world and making them to come together and unite as one, I can say that the steemit team is serving as a good ambassador and also they are sacrificing everything the have to see that steem never slumbers or fall apart even during times of so much challenges.

They have taken their time to bring in do much and many more projects to see that the work if blogging is really doing well, they are not only sacrificing what they have, rather they are using these medium to show people that everyone is really equal, no matter your color, language or believe, they have taught us that each and everyone of us can still come together as one and live happily even without seeing each other physically.

The steemit team has reakky done a lot of good things for all of us, that's why they would always be remembered in this platform for as long as we all live.
