Steemit Engagement Challenge S9W6 : Hard Work or Smart Work ?
Hi everyone I am @cephasmbah from Nigeria, I am here today on the season nine of week six of the steemit engagement challenge as I come to also take part in this contest titled, Hard work or Smart work which is taking part here in the Steem Entrepreneurs Community.
Hard work pays, and smart work also pays. I choose working smart as I do not have the very big strength for hard work. Working hard makes the body tired at an early age but working smart keeps you going. Working smart is with the brain, but some people work hard rather smart because they couldn't think of the very easiest way to their work.
Explain the difference between hard work and smart work according to your understanding?
Hard work is a work that requires much strength and effort to bring out positive outcome and also for salaries and gaining money, while smart work is a work which one apply the easiest way to the work with the brain for a positive outcome and also for salaries and gaining money.
Hard work and smart work, which do you think is better for boosting productivity?
In boosting productivity since smart work is a work which is made with the brain, I do think the genuine answer to this question is smart work. Working smart make your brain possibly think fast for an easier way of the work.
Do you apply both in your work activities or not? Explain case examples.
I work smart as a steemian and also in the site since my field of study operates in the electricity sector, hereby wiring of buildings. Wherever or whenever I find myself working, I think very well before executing works.
There is always a short and beat way to work, think very well, and you shall see it.
Finally, we would like you to write words of thanks as a tribute to the Steemit Team for their work in steem growth so far.
I thank the steemit team for their work in the Steem growth so far as without their smart way of working, steemit wouldn't have gone this very far, that's why I would urge my steemit friends to choose working smart rather than hard.
Thanks to all who come by my post also I invite @nadeesew, @ruthjoe and @chiabertrand to join me and participate in this contest.
